I had a really great experience at this property. It was very well maintained and the facilities were very pretty. I wish I had more time to enjoy the surroundings and the pool because it’s clear that the staff cares a lot about the hotel’s appearance. My stay was very relaxing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. The only nitpicky thing is that I wish the shower head had more water pressure but overall it was a great stay.

Every one is nice. However the first set of room keys we were given was actually an occupied room! I know this was an honest mistake and/or hiccup in the system but it left us a little uneasy that night. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel

Secured our reservation 1 1/2 hours before check-in through the 800 number. When we arrived there was no trace of our reservation and we had to start the process all over...
All good, except water pressure.

Terrible water pressure in shower. Get that fixed and I will recommend your hotel. No one likes to be in a shower for an hour.

Nice clean hotel, not a five star but good value for your buck. Centrally located. I will stay here on my next visit to Dripping Springs...

We had a great experience in Driooing Springs, Tx.!
The HI Express staff were very nice. Great location- close to Hill country and Austin!
I left a lap top in the room safe and did not realize until I was at the airport. I called the Hotel 3-4 times, as I was panicked. Jennifer (staff VERY nice in helping me staff member) went above and beyond to help me. She explained how to get a pre paid fed ex., then she there again!made sure the next shif was aware of the situation. They shipped it and I had it the next day!

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfy. I was also very impressed with staff. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. It exceeded my expectations, and was simple to access.

Me parece que el hotel cumple con lo esperado, aunque creo que su precio es un poco elevado. La cama muy buena y el cuarto de baño también. Para un huésped no acostumbrado al aire acondicionado, debería haber instrucciones claras. Un aspecto me molestó: que no tengan cubiertos y vajilla, y en el desayuno se usen sólo desechables. Es anti ecológico. ¿Por qué fomentar el desperdicio de esa forma si los platos se pueden lavar?
