Ended up with a handicap room for some reason making using the shower difficult because the shower head was so low. Only two lights in the room and one was burned out. Door stuck, was difficult to
open/close. Room smelled like someone was smoking in it. Fire alarms went off during the night for no reason. Just okay, not worth the money.

We were visiting the area to celebrate a family member's college graduation. The hotel staff was friendly, the room and bed were comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast provided each morning. The coffee station in the lobby throughout the day was great! The pool pump was not working, so we were unable to use that space, but that was not a big deal given we didn't have much time to spend during the day at the hotel. I'd recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was one of the most affordable choices, yet was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in this price range. Breakfast (included) was a particularly nice surprise - many choices, all hot, fresh, and delicious.

When traveling I prefer the Holiday Inn, I understand due to Covid a lot has changed, I believe communication is a must, when either side drop's the ball it can make for an uncomfortable experience.

Room was not quite what was depicted on website. We had intended to do more gaming in-room, but tables were not particularly good for that. Double queen was cramped but adequate. Cleanliness OK. Staff efficient at both check-in and also check-out.
