Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very pleasant and relaxing! The hotel is very nice and we do plan to stay there again on our next trip south. The only glitch in the whole experience was that the check in clerk was not very friendly and didn't smile and wasn't very welcoming. Also, there was no more fresh fruit on the buffet, and we were in there by 8:00 or so, But we had an overall great experience. May 16, 2015

The bed sheets and room smelled like sulphur. In general a very uncomfortable stay. There was not another room available due to the sold out status. April 29, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Paying Cash Not really happy that I can't pay with cash when checking in. Seems to be a chain-wide epidemic. I do no have a credit card and have no desire to get one. I was forced to utilize my wife's card when I had cash in hand to pay for the room. I had to walk out of the property in Cordelle, Ga because of the snotty attitudes of the desk clerk and what appeared to be a manager when I questioned the not accepting cash policy. The remainder of my vacation earlier this month when presented with other hotel options who still accept cash at check-in as a form of payment I preferred them. This was much more hassle-free at check out without being required to cancel a credit card transaction and pay with cash. Unless I receive confirmation I can pay with cash at check in I'll be seeking other hotel chains reward programs and utilizing them. April 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Used reward nights Staff was great and very friendly. Decor needs updating. Furniture in dining area is torn. Went down for breakfast 1 hour before ended and no eggs, no fruit available. I kept waiting and never was refilled. I ended up taking a few nuts and raisins from the hot cereal area for later and put them in a cup and house keeping threw them away while cleaning my room. Tables were never cleaned but staff was able to visit instead of washing tables. April 27, 2015
