Haven't had the chance to stay at this location since it's name change many years ago. This time, we had a great experience. No reason not to stay here again in the future! Clean, comfortable, well worth the visit.

This facility is very well located for a couple days of business near KC. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and a movie theater in the neighborhood. Johnny's Italian Steakhouse is just a short walk and is excellent. Easy access to the freeways and primary routes. The whirlpool room I had was huge and very clean and comfortable. I didn't have breakfast but the lobby coffee was great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with what was where around the area. I'll be back.

The Staff was amazing, helpful, and all-round energetic. The lobby was nice with relaxing atmosphere and nice seating. The rest of the Hotel shows its age. Our room was clean and tidy. The walls had old wall paper and the air conditioner was not programmable. No control over room temperature and right next to bed. Made it uncomfortable. Our hotel location was great for entertainment but felt it was hiding behind nice hotels and directly next to highway bridge. Overall I was happy and enjoyed our stay. Cannot say enough how wonderful the staff was!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, coffee ran out before I could get a second cup. Bottled water being offered in the rooms would be an excellent upgrade! Even the small bottles would work.

The ceiling fan in the bathroom of my room was extremely loud as was the heating. If the heater is on, it's so loud you have to turn the television up very loud. Likewise, every time the bathroom light is on, a fan is kicked on that is extremely loud. Also, these rooms are pretty outdated.
This is a great location though for business and there are many IHG hotels to choose from. I will choose another IHG hotel in this area next time.
The lobby of this hotel is spacious and pretty cool. If you have a large group that wants to meet in the lobby, there is plenty of room and chairs to do so. No restaurant though and no hotel bar.

I stayed in the suite which was very nice. It had a mini kitchen but there were no dishes or utensils in the room at all you had to call the front desk to have them delivered. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve been in the room. Also it would be nice if there was a full-service bar in the lobby or at least the ability to purchase beer or wine. It was nice that there was a Keurig coffee pot in the room, they make great coffee. The hotel lobby area, hallways and room were very clean and comfortable.

Stayed with family at this location...great staff who made us feel very comfortable. Walking distance to the greatest BBQ restaurant in the world...which is always a plus!

Loved the location, but the internet connection was terrible. Could not even use the phone to connect with Uber unless on the WiFi. If this is a business stay....pick another property. Front desk says people complain about this all the time but she has no problems connecting on her phone so it must be something the guests are doing wrong. Halls were pretty noisy at night.
