Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Do not recommend We stayed 4 nights with 2 adults and 4 kids in a room with 2 queen beds and one king bed. We thought it would be the perfect room for our family. The first 2 nights the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night for no reason other than to wake up our entire room!! The cleanliness was very poor. There were items under the edge of the bed from previous guests. The bathroom smelled of urine and had dried urine on the side of the toilet. They finally cleaned the toilet the last day we were there but the bathroom still smelled of urine!! There were only 4 towels in this room that was made to accommodate 6 people . One day when they cleaned they only left 2 towels for 6 people!!! The hot tub also smelled of urine and was disgusting!! Normally we swim in the hotel pool everyday we stay in a hotel. We went to this pool one time and never went back. There were no towels for pool use either. The breakfast might have been ok but the staff did not restock very well so everything continually ran out. There is not enough seating in the breakfast area. We sat outside for breakfast which was very inconvenient trying to go back and forth to see if the staff had restocked the food while trying to make plates for ourselves and our four children. Also the ice machine on our floor was out the entire time we were there, which was another inconvenience. We were very dissatisfied with our experience!! July 27, 2015

I had called 2 days prior to our reservation to request adjoining rooms and early check-in, which they confirmed over the phone. Upon arriving at 1 PM the woman at the desk said they don't have adjoining rooms and no rooms were ready, return at 4. Upon returning at 4, only one of our rooms was ready, the other a suite wasn't. I was told to gather in the other room and she'd call to let me know when the 2nd room would be ready. An hour passed, so I went down..stood and waited. When she was done checking in the customer there who was given a suite, she acted as if she didn't know me. Both rooms were dirty, the suite had dried tooth paste on the floor and the fridge was gross. They never refilled the coffer or cleaned up the tooth paste. One day we returned to our room at 6 PM and found the door left open, light bulbs were removed and never replaced. July 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Good Experience When we arrived at 5:30pm our room was not ready. After waiting for 45 minutes we were told they did not have the room we reserved (two queen beds). So they comped us for a night with a king bed and sofa sleeper and told us to check back in the morning for a new room. After going into the room the pillow cases were not clean so we had to request new sheets. It was very uncomfortable to have four people sleep in this room. The next morning we asked about moving and they said there were no rooms available for us. They said the rooms are overbooked when we reserve online. I can't believe they over book rooms like this. The staff didn't seem to really care about this situation and appeared like this was business as usual. We checked out and found a nicer hotel that had much better customer service for the remaining three days of our vacation. July 19, 2015

It took an hour and a half to check in to our room because it was not cleaned even though we arrived much later than the check in time. Stayed four nights the bathroom was cleaned only once. Clean towels were not left or toilet paper. The internet did not work my entire stay. Every night I had to go down to the front desk to ask for clean towels and ask that the bathroom get cleaned. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable beds. This hotel is a very nice, clean hotel. The beds were great My 85 year old mother and my sister who is in treatment at MD Anderson and I were traveling. The only problems we had was with the parking lot. They were repaving it so we had to park next door. The noise level was high. However we were staying near the elevator. But all in all this hotel was in a nice location. July 10, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Place for the family My family stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You can ask for the pillow of your choice, soft or firm. The breakfasts were good and varied. I had no complaints from any of the kids, ages 9 to 18. The locations is also nice. It was 20-30 minutes to Sea World, Six Flags, and the River Walk.
