I was traveling on business and the hotel seemed like a place more for families on vacation. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

We called the property to make a reservation and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I finally made the reservation on-line but was unable to get my questions answered before making reservation.
When we arrived about 9:00 pm there were several in-coming phone calls and people being checked in. The front desk should be better staffed.
The bathroom was in much need of repair. Paint was peeling and the shower walls had been scared with something sharp. The room was clean however the corners in the bathroom had not been cleaned for a long time.
The following morning for breakfast, yogurt and hard boiled eggs were not available that day.
Not one of the better facilities that we have stayed in.

My stay was as expected anytime I register at a Holiday Inn Express. It has been awhile since I stayed in this chain, I do it for leisure and not often enough, so I was extremely pleased to return to what I knew and expected. I've never been disappointed in Holiday Inn Express.

Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido con un hotel de esta categoría. Fue una estancia de 5 días durante los cuales no funciono el internet en ninguna ocasión.
Durante 2 días consecutivos no se realizo la limpieza de la habituación (aun habiendo reportado la primera noche al gerente de servicio).
El personal del hotel encontró diversas excusas para no atender las inquietudes.

Original room was handicap set up, stayed one night and asked for a new room on second night. I was not greeted with the priority status and had to ask on the second night if my priority status was documented. They said it was not and apologized. The young clerk, Kris, was very nice.
I askied him for recommendations for a local health club and a bottled water. He made a few recommendations then began looking for bottled water, he checked several locations with no luck then pulled out cash to get me water out of the vending machine. I didn't expect that and was pleasantly surprised that he would go thru such trouble to get me some water. Thanks Kris!

Problems, problems, problems
1. Had to ask for Rewards status
2. Room freezing at arrival
Has to get maintenance
3. Only 2 towels issued for 5 guests second night
4. Cooked breakfast cleared while guests and their children were still in line.
5. Cleaning staff used elevators while guests waited in line (over 10 min)
