Just what we needed after a long day of rainy travel. Very comfortable. Stay here 3 times during April and May!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Dayton East - Beavercreek and had an excellent stay. I was there approximately 12 weeks for work and didn't have any issues. Your always greeted when you enter the hotel and anyone that you meet, whether it's kitchen staff or the cleaning crew they always say hello. The cleaning staff does an excellent job at cleaning the hotel and the rooms. The whole hotel is clean from top to bottom. The hotel is in a great location with easy access. Lot's of places to go shopping and there's several restaurants in the area also. I want to give the following personnel a shout out:
Front Desk Crew:
Sara, Mary and Dallas is always willing to help you out in any way that they can. Always smiling and very professional.
Kitchen Crew:
Mary and Kristy does an excellent job in the kitchen. They greet everyone that walks in and the food is always good. They also try to open the kitchen early when they work for the people that need to get to work by or around 7a.m.
The Cleaning Crew:
I don't know their names but they all do a great job at keeping the hotel spotless.
Many thanks to all for making my stay as comfortable as possible!

We visited the University of Dayton for our son’s graduation. This hotel is close to school, clean, friendly and updated.

Room nice staff very very rude. Called me told me to turn my TV off was getting complaints well had it on cause room above me was being loud but he didn't wanna hear that he hung up on me

This is our third visit which shows we must be satisfied with staying here. This time we encountered a new coffee machine. Grinds the beans and drips a fresh cup of coffee. Surprisingly there was no fresh apples or bananas, otherwise the food provided was adequate. I do love their Dove toiletries provided.

We were passing through the area and found the hotel was amazing! I would recommend it for any type of stay it was so clean and the staff that worked there were amazing. We were greeted wherever we were by any staff member.

I've been staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Dayton East - Beavercreek. Great hotel, great location as well. The staff is nice and friendly. Cleaning crew does an excellent job at keeping the hotel and rooms clean. If you like shopping, this hotel is in a great location to shop.

I've been staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Dayton East - Beavercreek for over a month now and haven't had any issues until today. Breakfast is supposed to open at 6:30a.m., this morning the staff over the kitchen opened up the doors but advised the only thing she had to offer at that time was boiled eggs or yogurt, nothing hot so the food wasn't ready. This is the same female that was yelling at the front desk clerk 2 weeks ago over what time the kitchen would be open. I've been staying at IHG hotels for the last 17 years and haven't had any issues or heard yelling like I witnessed 2 weeks ago from the same kitchen staff that opened the kitchen this morning. Sara from the front desk came over and apologized to myself and a couple of other people that were waiting for breakfast. Kitchen staff never came out and said anything. Other than these instances, this is a great hotel to stay at. I'll be here the next 2 days and then come back next week for approximately 3 more weeks. Hopefully things will be better, I'll write another review after my next stay.

Breakfast staff excellent, kind and engaging. Food was superb. Clean, quiet and restful stay in preparation of our students induction ceremony. Had multiple choices and this facility was nicely tucked within the local community with all the available shopping and eateries.
We will be back.

The hotel was clean and and staff was friendly especially Missy who provided breakfast 2 of our 3 days. The pool on the other hand needed attention. Is was cloudy. The kids said it was dirty. I didnt go in and couldn't see to the bottom. The hot tub was out of order The room smelled of sulphur. We rented this particular hotel for the pool and hot tub because we were visiting our grandkids for spring break. Which sadly couldnt & didn't end up using. We had a king suite which was extremely spacious. Loved the private living room/bedroom! Will stay again but will call ahead and see about the status of the pool/hot tub

I've been staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Dayton East - Beavercreek for approx 4 weeks now for work. The staff has been great, the two that stands out the most is Sara who works nights at the front desk and Mary who works in the kitchen have been excellent. Both of them are always smiling and ask if you need anything and Mary always ask how breakfast was or is and if you need anything. The rooms are nice and the cleaning staff works hard at keeping the hotel and the rooms nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location, easy access, lots of restaurants and there is all kinds of stores in the area if you like to shop. Great hotel and I recommend this property if your staying in the Dayton area.
