You can experience stunning panoramic views of turquois-blue Lake Tahoe year-round from more than 9,000 feet up on the Heavenly Gondola, which leaves from the back of Heavenly Ski Resort’s village. As the largest ski resort in the region, you can add just under another 1,000 feet to your view by skiing along Heavenly’s intermediate-level Ridge Run trail after a long pause to soak it all in.
