Pésima experiencia. Desde la recepción hasta la habitación. En nungun lado mencionan qué no hacen limpieza, solamente si te hospedas mas de 5 días.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Orange Lake Resort. The staff was super friendly and there was plenty of things to do during our stay. Highly recommend!

Fees when I used free nights from my IHG rewards. Fees for extra activities. Pushing for 90-minute tour.

We love this vacation spot! Our dishwasher was definitely outdated and stuff broken inside but it worked. Room could have been cleaned better but it was okay.

The pros: The resort has units in a variety of sizes with many activities for all age groups. Plus, it's close enough to all of the theme parks and attractions to provide a couple convenient but quiet home base for a family vacation. The units in the North village are large and have plenty of dedicated parking. Staff was professional and helpful.
Cons: The unit was dated and in our particular unit the carpet and some towels were dirty. Our unit had very low water pressure in the shower. Also, the washer and dryer in our unit was on the smaller side, for a 2-bedroom unit that sleeps 6-8 people. The bed while very firm felt very old and uncomfortable.

We could not fault the resort itself as we have stayed here before its thr room that was disappointed with. We are none smokers so requested a non smokers room. It smelt disgusting to the point after a couple of days we got magic tree air fresheners. We didnt more room because of location os the only other room available was right at the back near no pools. Lucky its florida and we didnt spend loads of time in the room otherwise we would of had to move. Then we had issues with noise above us you can literally hear everything had to call security a couple of times because it was that bad as we where a family of 4 really did not want to pack up and move as they was only there a few more days. The small bathroom drains also smelt really bad when ever kids got a shower only come out to clean them the night before we come home at 22.30 we said dont bother we go home tomorrow. Then on our last weekend we come home therw was a pickle ball tournament so all you could hear from 6.45 till like 22.30 late night was them playing on every court. Really did spoil our disney experience would never stay here again they did nothing to help our stay and woudlnt mind this was one of the updated room and i think the smell is in the air-conditioning as you could smell it in the gym of tobacco so it will probably be more rooms that smell in that block
Pushy, Borderline-Rude Timeshare Tactics

My family and I recently stayed at Orange Lake Resort and, unfortunately, our experience was significantly soured by the aggressive timeshare sales team upon the check in process. While the resort's amenities were nice, the pressure from the sales team was persistent and went beyond simple salesmanship.
The issues began at check-in, where we were offered a gift card then upped to free cruise or another stay if we attended a timeshare seminar. We politely declined, stating we were not interested, but were met with repeated pressure. Even after firmly saying no, our room received follow-up calls pushing us to attend. The sales tactics were relentless and made us feel like a target rather than a guest.
On one occasion, a salesperson who was a manager who jumped in was borderline rude after we refused to participate. The sales team's demeanor changed from friendly to pushy and unprofessional once it was clear we weren't going to buy in. This aggressive approach created an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere, making it difficult to enjoy our vacation without the constant feeling of being hassled.
It's a shame that such a beautiful property is overshadowed by such an aggressive sales culture. I would recommend the resort's facilities to others, but I would also give a strong warning to be prepared for an incredibly high-pressure timeshare pitch upon check in.
After checking in we were shocked and appalled by the state of our room upon check-in on 9/24/25. The room was an active construction site, filled with strong chemical fumes and drywall dust. This is a severe health violation and especially concerning for anyone traveling with children.
We had to go back down to the front desk to correct their oversight, wasting valuable time and causing unnecessary stress. The fact that a room in such a state was given to a guest is a massive failure of management and hotel safety standards. We strongly advise other travelers to be cautious and are certain the staff fully check if your room is indeed ready when they say it is.
10/10 recommend!

You get a lot of value for your room. There is so much to do and eat on campus. It also is very close to a lot of destinations..

This was our second stay and again we were pleased. We chose to go offsite for food (poor food quality at the resort restaurants)but otherwise there is no need to leave.

The resort is an enormous property with tons of amenities. The traveler’s parkway is an excellent feature for guests going to Disney while skipping the crazy traffic on the main highway. Golf courses are well kept, pools were clean and actually quiet. There are plenty of sidewalks and paths for running or walking. The restaurants were extremely convenient but they did automatically add gratuity to every food purchase and that’s unfortunate for good servers and unfortunate for guests when faced with bad service.
Overall we had a great stay and would return. There is plenty to do at the resort for all ages and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of going to the Disney or Universal Parks.
Great location, great pools, great poolside bar.

Check intakes forever because they try everything possible to get you to sign up for the timeshare presentation so you can save maybe $150-$200 during your stay. The main restaurant at check-in I think was called the breeze understaffed. All the pools were amazing. All the bar side pools were amazing staff at all the pools were phenomenal. The room you pick out when you book will not be the room you get the pictures didn’t even match at all. Bathrooms are a little outdated room is outdated but overall a nice clean place to stay.

Resort is fine. It’s Orlando so you’re not seeing beaches or anything. Pools and manicured golf courses here. So no complaints on the grounds or facilities.
Dining at the resort is not great. No finer options, mainly burger and fries or pizza type things. Cool for a kid destination. Drinks are $20 and up and reminds me of an all inclusive resort, but it’s not. No prices on menus, gratuity automatically added. Bottom line, very mediocre food and bev at premium prices.
Now let’s talk the timeshare pitch….
We checked in which was an unnecessarily long process and involved three different people. Last one was the initial sales pitch for a timeshare presentation. Ok, sure. I already know this is the type of place that will change premium for each drink, burger, or float rental. So I accepted their offer to hear them out. Was told there would be a full breakfast provided and a quick 90 minute tour in exchange for $200 resort credit. Cool, sounds good.
The next morning we arrived, no breakfast, just a cheap coffee dispenser and juice machine you’d find at any holiday inn express. Immediately we’re paired with a sales person that starts off super nice and your best friend. “Hey this is your vacation, we won’t take too much time, and it’s completely ok to say no.”
Tour took 2.5 hours and after high pressure sales pitches from 3 people. The 2nd one was particularly condescending. I finally had enough and walked out. They kept saying how great Holiday Inn Vacations are and we haven’t even been there 12 hours to see the resort. Completely put a bad vibe on the entire trip.
DO NOT DO THE TIMESHARE TOUR!
