The hotel and staff were wonderful my entire stay. I can’t say enough great things about the hotel. My issue with customer service for IHG.
Upon checking out I tried to use my food and beverage credits that I have earned being a diamond level IHG member, long story short the voucher wouldn’t load through the app for hotel staff to scan. When I tried contacting customer service, they essentially told me it was nothing they could do and I had to pay out of pocket instead of being able to utilize my credit. This was extremely frustrating and made no sense customer service through the app couldn’t help.

Our experience staying at HolidayInn Baruna Resort was very good. I would strongly recommend this resort to all people coming to enjoy quality family time at bali.

The staff were amazing! 2 amazing staff that stood out from the rest were Jager (Envy bar) and another solid build gentleman that worked at the Envy Bar and the Pool bar (can’t remember his name). These 2 staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and constantly happy, smiling and took time to interact with the kids. Another stand out was our photographer - the kids loved him.
Food was fantastic all round!
Boys enjoyed Kids Club and we absolutely fell in love with the Tea Tree Spa.

We had a lovely time at Holiday Inn Resort Baruna. Hotel is close to airport. Resort facilities are great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Wonderful buffet breakfast spread in mornings and easy access to shopping in Kuta. Next time we will start our Bali trip with a few days here before moving on. The invitation to the IHG cocktail party was a lovely touch on our final time. Thank you Baruna family.

Holiday inn Resort Baruna Bali(kuta) surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, he breakfast spread was also quite tasty.
Not sure about other rooms but Bathroom amenities where i was staying were old and rusted (Room number 3352)

they are very accommodating, our bathroom door got locked up and they fixed it immediately restaurant foods are delicious.
