A Pleasant and Family-Friendly Stay

I truly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. One of the main highlights was the swimming pool — it was spacious and well-suited for families with children, making it a great place for us to relax and have fun together.
However, I would like to suggest that the hotel improve the availability of towels at the pool area. Around 10 a.m., my nieces went swimming, and when we tried to get towels, we were told they had run out. As a result, my father had to return to our room to get towels so the children wouldn’t get cold. It would be great if the hotel could ensure towels are consistently restocked by the pool, especially during peak hours.
Although the hotel is located slightly away from the city center, the peacefulness and comfort of the room made it worthwhile. Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Ms. Salma (if I remember correctly). Despite my late check-in due to traffic, she remained courteous and even escorted me personally to the building where my room was located, which I truly appreciated.
However, I later realized that the room I booked was quite far from the rest of my family, even though it was on the same floor. Since I was traveling with my young nieces, aged 7 and 8, it wasn’t ideal to have them separated from the adults. Fortunately, after calling the operator center, the team responded helpfully and offered a great solution by arranging two rooms within the same unit. Special thanks to the lady with short yellow hair and glasses who assisted us — your help meant a lot.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team who helped prepare and decorate our room beautifully. A special thank you to Daffa and Rizky (if I’m not mistaken), who did an excellent job in making up the room — your attention to detail and warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay.
In addition, I’d like to thank Ms. Ola from the reservation team, who was always very responsive to my emails regarding the booking. Her prompt and helpful replies made the whole reservation process smooth and reassuring.
Overall, our stay was very satisfying, especially for a family trip. I am also very grateful to the team for organizing a lovely little birthday surprise for my mother — it was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Thank you once again for making our stay a memorable one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other families.

Literally exceeded my expectations!
I absolutely loved the hotel and its surroundings — so peaceful and beautiful. The staff was amazing — very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Just a heads-up: there's no minibar in the room, so you might want to plan ahead for meals or snacks. Also, it's a bit of a distance from the shopping center. But overall, a fantastic experience — 10/10!

I had a nice 5 night stay at Holiday Inn ; I was there for a 5 day retreat and extended my stay for another night to attend online meeting and training. Stay was comfortable; managed to include a relaxing massage during my stay. I also like that there were many small ponds around the property and I could feed the fishes with fish food bought from the tuck shop. It was a relaxing experience to feed the fishes in the evening.
The only feedback I would say is that the internet was not good for extended use ie attending online training, for casual use it was good.
Staff are friendly and very welcoming.

A warm and homely stay. Everyone is very polite and friendly. This is my second stay and would like to bring up some things. First, I noticed there was a lack of bellboy around to help with our luggages. Things in the facilities need some fix. Kids noticed 2 snakes near the pool area so I hope someone can do a thorough check on that for the safety of the guests. Curtains need some cleaning as they are stained and dusty. Water heater lasts for about 15 mins before the water starts getting cold again. We had a wonderful experience in the Spa. Compliments to our masseuse, Revi, Mirna and Irma. We had a fantastic time with delicious food at Akotonbo Teppanyaki on our last night. Compliments to Chef Claudia and Team. They all make our stay a wonderful one.

Overall stay for the weekend are excellent, except the main lobby less air conditioning. All the staff are very friendly and very helpfull. The check in are very fast and smooth. The counter staff very helpful in my request to changed my ferry booking.

This is my stay in early June 2025. My last stay was nearly 15 years ago. The hotel is still well managed despite the age. All the facilities are still in good / near great conditions.
Rooms, especially pillows and bedsheets are pristine condition!
Quiet and peaceful, great for retreat to refresh onself.
