We were promised an ocean front room and ended up with barely an ocean view room. Front desk at check in said ocean fronts are reserved for time share owners. Needed to be told that at time of reservation. They said it would be ocean front. We were lied to.

Second visit. Girlfriends and I enjoyed 3 bed two bath suite with amazing views of pool, ocean and pier. Lots of wonderful features in suite how. Great master bath. FYI, the ice maker in freezer is turned on in the refrigerator section. Also, the ceiling fan in bedrooms has a separate switch to turn off.
Loved the toggle switch at the bedside table on the wall on top of the bedside table in master.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable with free parking, however the front desk staff were less than helpful and not very accommodating. The rooms were perfect for my two teenagers and me, the 2 full bathrooms were clutch!

I moved my check in date up one day via the app. I get to the property at 3:00pm and there was no acknowledgment of my diamond status, the room was not ready, and the didn’t even have my reservation. I spent half an hour waiting for them to find my reservation. Then I get the “your room is not ready” when at 3:30 when check in starts in 30 minutes. I also got chastised like I was 7 for using the app to update my reservation and not calling in when any other time I would have been told to use the app. The property has one coffee shop / restaurant that doesn’t make food looks edible. Though they advertise 2 restaurants I never saw the second one open. Just an overall bad experience.
Pools and hot tubs 10/10!

The pools are hot even when it’s cold outside and the hot tubs are even hotter! The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The hotel overall was beautiful and they had great food you could order! Elevators were clean and fast! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we already have our next stay booked!

The hotel is well kept. The rooms have everything you need including laundry detergent etc. The kitchens were well stocked with all the needed supplies. The heated pools and hot tub in the winter are great! The text function to contact staff is wonderful and deliveries of supplies to the room are quick

Loved everything until I was scammed out of almost 500 dollars. After that, I couldn’t really enjoy myself thanksgiving break, the hotel didn’t seem too helpful or concerned about it. If that was your money that you worked hard for wouldn’t you want some quality service and justice. One of the managers just acted like she didn’t even care, to be honest. Not coming back and do not recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
The resort’s location is unbeatable – right on the beach, with breathtaking ocean views. Our villa was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The attention to detail was evident, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Really great experience. The staff were very friendly. I was disappointed that I only had an option for points when I checked in and nothing else. The pool was awesome. Super nice to know that even if it was cold outside the pool is something that all guests will always be able to use, because they have it like bath water. My kids never wanted to get out. I will say that the chlorine was a bit high, it bleached a couple of my things. Access to the Beach was easy to find. I just very impressed with this location and this stay. The rooms were so great. They even had 3 complementary tide laundry detergent to use. Super nice having a washer and dryer inside the unit. Thanks to all the staff for the great experience. We will be back!!!

This hotel was wonderful and the view was exceptional. It was confusing on where to register (check-in) because the signage was limited and hidden in the parking garage, checking in was slow due to only one person working the first check-in desk. Yes, you go from one desk to another to check-in. Besides the pizza and the strawberry shortcake, the food was great (the front staff in the marketplace didn't seem happy to be working). The live music was a nice surprise. The grounds of the hotel was beautiful, clean, and had soft music playing surround sound. I'll definitely be back. Oh, and this hotel is new and contractors were completing a section across from my the marketplace but it wasn't an inconvenience.
