酒店开业两个月房间里还是有很大的味道，房间里没有纸袋和拖鞋，像是欧洲的酒店。作为新酒店，淋浴的花洒切换也是坏的，部分员工态度比较冷漠。入住时前台给升了一级房型，得表扬下。

DA无任何升级，询问能否升级到豪华房时反馈说需使用套房券。未提供欢迎水果。
设施很新，但是刚开业的酒店洗澡水忽冷忽热，体验很差。
早饭一般。

I was recommended by my friend to stay in the hotel based on its fitness-friendly reputation and in-room exercise equipment. However, the room was too small to accommodate even basic business needs, let alone exercise equipment.

一次并不合格的住宿体验

我在十一期间（酒店刚刚交付开业没几天），下榻了虹桥逸衡。短短的十几个小时间，让我从不同角度都觉得，当前状态应该是通不过集团验收的。
入住前一天，我主动致电酒店，得知酒店的公共洗衣房暂无法对外开放时（逸衡通常配备免费的自助洗衣房），心里隐隐对此次旅程降低了预期。
果不其然，check in时，前台小姑娘在无人时无精打采（此间even和对面voco皆是如此），询问行政酒廊的替换权益时也是一概不知，更是在给房卡前忘记了收取押金房费，主观判断不专业。
最令人震惊的是，达到房间后，发现客房内免费饮用水、洗漱三件套、客房雨伞全部未配备。在致电客房服务中心后，经理Lora及时上门道歉，并提出更换套房，此点好评。
新的套房以上备品齐全，只能理解原房间负责的阿姨未按标准sop流程执行。但是仍然存在房间内纸巾摆放不够（仅mini吧上有），体重秤因馈电无法使用，智能电视却无法投屏（洲际集团品牌标准系统），有拉力绳无拉力架。。。此类种种细节问题。
结合健身房内健身设施的数量种类、欢迎饮品缺少酒类、酒店二楼廊桥外立面的装饰横梁意外坠落等，都让我对洲际集团旗下品牌的验收标准抱有质疑。
以上种种抱怨，客观上还是出于我对洲际集团以及even品牌的喜爱。由于虹桥逸衡酒店所处位置较佳，方便差旅客人，有机会我仍然会下榻，希望在下次，以上问题不会再复现。
