Alexandra, who greeted us at check in was beyond amazing. Personable, kind and generous, she gave our family the best start to our first Gulf coast vacation. The resort is pristine, amenities are excellent and the whole ambiance is exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!

Recently stayed at the hotel for a reunion. Staff was beyond professional. You could tell that they were truly wonderful people who cared about their guests as if they were family. They did a superb job.
Also would like to especially thank the housekeeping staff, especially Vernadette, and Patty and Mollie in the restaurant. They were especially welcoming and helpful during our stay. You guys know how to run a resort!

Holiday Inn Resort is the perfect location to enjoy Pensacola Beach.
Comfortable beds with 4 excellent pillows each, balcony with ocean view and lazy river pool made our vacation really great! Many walkable restaurants, the boardwalk and beach chair rentals were some of our favorites. Also the fact that staying in the Holiday Inn included the use of 3 other next door hotel pools and restaurants was our absolute favorite!

Great place to take the family and unwind while kids have an amazing time. Definitely would recommend to family members as well as friends for future stays.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Our room had a pool/ocean view that was really nice. The only thing was that the hotel next door blocked the sunsets. I could see the sunrise from my balcony though and have some great pictures.
Jaxson at the front desk was particularly helpful and always had a smile regardless of the customer. He did a great job and should be commended.
I also have nothing but good things to say about housekeeping and maintenance. Our group had an issue with an outside door and someone was there within minutes. The housekeeping staff checked on us as we in were in the hallway because we had a do not disturb sign on the door. I didn't have to call down to the front desk as the staff took care of us.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as a destination.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Customer service was exceptional, especially Alex who checked us in. She was extremely professional and friendly. We were there for my Navy ship's reunion. USS Mississippi.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Resort in Pensacola Beach for 5 days. We enjoyed the great service, excellent facilities especially the beach views. Nice restaurant onsite (and ice cream shop!), and so many seafood options nearby.

I was really impressed with this resort! It has Everything you need for a Great Beach Vacation. It is right on the beach with a great pool area as well. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The indoor restaurant and outdoor tiki hut served wonderful food and drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We stay many times and it's the best by far, the staff is so awesome, the rooms are as close to perfect as it gets, it's our happy place, we'll be back soon , love this Holiday Inn
