Gia đình chúng tôi đã có một kỳ lưu trú 3ngày2tuyệt vời. Khách sạn rất mới và sạch sẽ, cảnh quan cũng rất ấn tượng. Hơn nữa, tất cả nhân viên mà chúng tôi gặp đều chào đón chúng tôi bằng nụ cười, khiến chúng tôi cảm thấy rất được chào đón. Chúng tôi muốn gửi lời khen ngợi đặc biệt tới:
Desta (Tôi nghĩ tên trên thẻ của cô ấy đánh vần là Ardesta, hy vọng là tôi đã ghi đúng tên cô ấy!): Cô ấy đã có mặt để chào đón chúng tôi khi chúng tôi đến, trò chuyện với cậu con trai 5 tuổi của tôi và đề nghị dẫn cậu bé đi tham quan sảnh. Khi chúng tôi gặp lại nhau tại một trong những bữa tối, cô ấy cũng đề nghị giúp tôi trông đứa con 1.5 tuổi và trò chuyện với đứa con 5 tuổi của tôi trong khi tôi ăn. Việc cô ấy nỗ lực đảm bảo các con tôi có được khoảng thời gian vui vẻ có ý nghĩa rất lớn đối với chúng tôi. Cảm ơn!!
Siska S. - đã liên lạc với cô ấy qua dịch vụ nhắn tin WhatsApp của khách sạn. Cô ấy trả lời mọi thắc mắc và yêu cầu của tôi một cách nhanh chóng. Chúng tôi đã giữ phòng cho bữa tối quá muộn nên thời gian có thể phục vụ tiếp theo sẽ quá muộn để bọn trẻ có thể ăn. Cô ấy hiểu hoàn cảnh của chúng tôi và đã sắp xếp với cả nhóm và may mắn thay, đã có thể giữ được một bàn cho chúng tôi.
Tôi đã nghe nhiều đánh giá tốt về khách sạn này nhưng trải nghiệm tổng thể vẫn vượt quá mong đợi của tôi. Rất cảm ơn dịch vụ tuyệt vời của đội ngũ!! Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại - con trai tôi rất mong được tổ chức sinh nhật ở đây vào năm sau!

Một kỳ lưu trú thật thoải mái! Hoàn toàn lý tưởng cho kỳ nghỉ và gia đình có trẻ em. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, đồ ăn tuyệt vời, phòng sạch sẽ và gần Bể bơi khiến trẻ em có trải nghiệm rất thú vị. Bãi biển cũng rất đẹp, có nhiều môn thể thao dưới nước. Cảm ơn rất nhiều!

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bintan! Our two bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pools were amazing, the kids club lots of fun, and breakfast delicious! The kids also loved feeding the koi fish in the pond next to the restaurant. Easy beach access and an easy (pram friendly) lovely walk along the lake to nearby plaza lagoi. One of the highlights was the hotel staff! Everyone was friendly, always keen to help and great with our kids. Communication was very easy over the phone or via WhatsApp. Absolutely fantastic stay and we hope to return one day!!

Good: Facilities in the hotel are awesome. A great place for kids below 12 years old. Very sincere and warm staff everywhere I went. Special mention to Shiddiq for helping me to retrieve my life jacket left behind at the beach as it was raining heavily.
Bad: I stayed in a standard Twin-room. The room has a twin bed which are big enough for 2 kids to stay with their parents in one room. I feel that the hotel policy should not restrict to 1 adult and 1 child per room.

Love that the stay was pleasant. Very friendly staff, very good food. Hope that breakfast can have more variety. Kids club can have more things to play. Love that hotel indigo is just beside. Hence there’s good food options.

Had a wonderful 4d3n stay at Holiday Inn Bintan with the family (2 kids: 3 years & 1 year old). The resort is very new, having opened just a few months ago in May 2025, and the staff are very well trained and eager to please. Special shoutout to Dian at the front desk, and Adel & Eki at the restaurant for taking such good care of us and the kids.
Even the most basic room is nice, spacious, and clean. There are tons of things for young kids to do and everything was very well laid out. The Mangrove Kids Club was great with multiple indoor and outdoor areas, not to mention totally free and packed within a schedule of activities as well.
Basically everything to do with kids under 12 is free - staying in the room, food at restaurants, kids club and activities, etc. This was a pleasant surprised and not mentioned much online.
The pools were also well designed for both young and old, and a lot more fun and interesting with varying depth areas and 'lazy river' style layout, as opposed to the conventional big blob pool approach.
There were also bikes scattered around the resort with kids seats that we could use to ride around to the neighbouring Indigo resort and beach - the kids loved it!
Another unexpected surprise was how quiet it was - despite the resort going Instagram viral in Singapore, it never felt too crowded and we could often walk 15+ minutes around in the mid afternoon, evening, or night without seeing anyone other than the staff (we stayed Saturday - Tuesday so this included the weekend). We saw this as a perk to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the resort life. That said, the breakfast buffet and kids club at certain times were quite busy, so it's not like the resort is empty, just spread out enough to not feel crowded.
Overall we had a fantastic time and have recommended Holiday Inn Bintan to many of our friends with young kids (probably under 7-8 is best). We're also already planning our next trip back!

We stayed at the Kids Safari Themed Room. It had a separate kids area with retractable doors and shades, a bunk bed, bean bags, playstation and kids sized tables and chairs (mainly curved without sharp edges. It was a very well thought out layout and design and we appreciated that there was a separate space for the kids (4/2 years old), which they enjoyed very much. For the kids room, they also provide kids bathrobes. There are unfortunately no other kids amenities in the bathroom (no kids toothbrush/toothpaste etc) but they do provide a step stool for the sink (on request, limited availability). Only downside of the room is that with 2 adults and 2 kids, we were always fighting for the toilet. It would make sense to have 2 toilet cubicles. My only gripe is that this is a new hotel but the hotel was spotting more mould than expected which means upkeep is not fantastic and over time, we may see the quality of the rooms deteriorate.
Food wise, the choice at the hotel is limited. There is only one restaurant. Food is pretty decent but the croissants are exceptional. You can also take a buggy to Hotel Indigo to eat at one of their restaurants. But book in advance because it can get really crowded during holiday seasons. We also tried the room service and the food was pretty good. I would recommend the satay.
The kids facilities were fantastic. I like that they had many playgrounds (dry and wet, indoor and outdoor). No lack of activities for the kids (except when it rained and everyone was cramped indoors - overcrowded). There's also a mini movie theatre in the kids club that was playing popular shows like paw patrol, etc. There was some activities conducted by the kids club like face painting, etc but I would say the quality of the programmes were lacking. It can definitely be improved. There were two pools to use and to access the beach, we took a buggy (you can also walk but you will have to cut through Hotel Indigo).
The staff at the hotel were also exceptional and extremely polite and helpful. This made our stay all the better.
Overall a pleasant experience.
Arguably one of the best holiday inn resorts.

One of the hidden gems in bintan. The architecture is beautiful with large expansive grounds, a beautiful koi pond and proximity to a gorgeous beach with adequate facilities. The rooms are clean and spacious. Holiday inn is definitely a feather in the cap for the group.
There are however several areas which can be improved on to take it to the next level and put in the likes of the very best resorts.
Firstly, it would be great if there were morning yoga classes or eg Hiit classes at the gym.
The pools could also conduct some fun daily games to liven up the holiday atmosphere.
At the moment the dining options are limited to one restaurant however the staff have mentioned that a neighbouring complex due to be completed will address this.
Evening activities are sorely lacking, a nice movie projector by the beach or lawn or a live band at the lobby area would surely help matters.
Ultimately as it is, the holiday inn bintan in my opinion is already one of the best bintan can offer but it definitely has the potential to be the very best.

The resort facilities were well-maintained, the shuttle was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, my experience at Warung Pak Lagoi was extremely disappointing. Our order was entered incorrectly despite being confirmed, food service was very slow (over 45 minutes for the first dish), and my son’s kids’ meal never arrived. Although a complimentary buffet was later offered as recovery, no reservation was made, and by the time staff followed up, I had already left for my ferry. The issues were poorly handled, and no proper apology was provided in person, which left a lasting negative impression on my stay.

The resort is very clean and feels new, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. All staff were friendly, professional, and always smiling, which created a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Ms. Sukma at check-out for her professionalism and helpfulness. Shuttle and private transfers were punctual and convenient. The only area for improvement would be the In-Room Dining menu, which had limited choices and inconsistent portion sizes. Overall, a great stay and I look forward to returning.
