I have the opportunity to stay in the Diegem area for work one week every month; I also sometimes change hotels and in 8 yrs I have stayed in every single hotel near the Office, and this is still my favorite: being greeted by a member of the Staff that remebers yr name and asks how was yr day is a treat! So highly recomended and I will not experiment in the near future!
Excellent place to stay when visiting Brussels.

I came for a conference and the staff were incredibly friendly and the check-in process was a breeze. The breakfast buffet was delicious - the eggs are perfect and the coffee machine makes great lattes. I only wish I could stay longer!

This is a very handy hotel for the many local businesses. You can walk there in a morning and avoid the commute from the city. But if you want to go to the centre in the evening you have the train or the number 12 bus from Bourget with a few stops to Schuman (EU HQ). I always stay here which is probably the best recommendation I could give. But it’s not just the location or the rewards system. The staff care and good customer service is worth a lot to your well being.

Hotel with 4 stars should pay more attention to guests with any dietary limitations. Being lactose intolerant I have very limited options for breakfast - no milk, no yogurt, no cheese, no butter, no veggie spread, no coffee with lactose free milk. Also when hotel is full it is almost impossible to have breakfast.

Good location, reception staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotless as is the rest of the hotel. Bar/restaurant staff very friendly. Food although a limited menu is great. Shuttle bus is a welcome addition.

I travel to Belgium alot on business - and most times stay in the BRU airport area - so always choose Holiday Inn BRU airport...have been coming to the hotel for many years now - know lots of staff and always get treated brilliantly by everyone. Really great quality and very convenient to get around BE

Hôtel bien situé près de l'aéroport avec un grand parking. Grande chambre bien équipée avec un bureau et bien insonorisée. Lit très confortable. Salle de bain équipée de produits Dove. Petit déjeuner varié et très complet, aussi bien du sucré que du salé. Grande salle de petit déjeuner. Personnel accueillant et professionnel.
Nous y avons déjà séjourné plusieurs fois et nous reviendrons très certainement.

This is not the first time we book a room at this location. What brings us always back is the knowledge, warmth and care. We feel at home every time. Hubert is welcoming. He knows how to grant every wish we might have.Gianfranco (Gigi) actually brightens the day by being the kindest and friendliest host. He goes out of his way to suggest new things on the menu as well as places worth visiting. Julie-Anne, who is always running, finds time to bring us either the mango smoothie or whatever we might need at the time. Betty and Ms. Mingh are always glad to see and help us. Kevin, in spite of being extremely busy (it was FIFA World Cup time) made us feel welcome and together with Gigi fed us really well. Violeta and the whole house keeping crew made sure in dropping by and asking us if we need anything and cleaning the room to perfection. The kitchen staff is always busy filling the breakfast trays. Thank you for the outstanding service!

This hotel met the IHG standards. Unfortunately, I was not greeted/recognized for being a IHG Club member. The room was nice, but I wish the upgraded rooms had a bathtub. I was a bit shocked when I noticed my paid invoice and my credit card statement did not match. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

I did want to forget this experience as it started bad and ended also bad..I was only for one night so could be just unlucky to have faced 2 problems. At first when I checked in at around 09:15 p.m. or so, I was given room number 244 only to go unpack and realise that the toilet flush was not working. On calling reception, no one answered so had to walk back (quite some steps). The reception acknowledged and changed my room to 717 (but the message was that we give you a better room). I took my stuff from 244 to 717 to settled in 717 at around 10 p.m. but the room was just same size so may be the betterness was that the toilet flush would work. On checkout, I booked a shuttle to Brussels airport, the driver was ok till there but then he offered me to drop me to Microsoft office (I showed him on the navigator) but probably he misunderstood it to be on the wrong side of the airport and got me to Sony office. When I told the driver that now I am even further than before, the driver just got me back to holiday Inn and said to take the next shuttle. I believe for the price for one night, I would have expected a more pleasant start and end.
