I used reward points to stay at this hotel to be "budget friendly". So the stay was as expected. The service and staff were all excellent. They treated you as if it were a five star resort. The room requires some more upkeep. The shower had some black mould in corners, there was rust on the tiles, termite damage on the doorframe etc. But the bed was clean and the aircon was wonderful. The housekeeping did their jobs well, its more of an upkeep overall problem. We didnt use the pool but it looked nice as we were there. The breakfast was ok. I didnt like that it was in open air so you had flies on some of the food since its not all covered. Its quite dark in the dining room as well. I preferred to eat breakfast outside the hotel the rest of the days. Overall if I was looking for something family friendly and budget friendly I would stay here again.

Very impressive customer service from the Front Desk Manager (Khun MJ). I will definitely stay here again whenever I make the next visit to Phuket.

Just a small improvement on the breakfast food quality might be needed.

Bonjour
Nous sommes membres IHG depuis maintenant des années.
Nous sommes arrivés on nous dit qu’on nous surclasse on arrive dans la chambre très très sombre on trouve deux cafards je leur demande de changer de chambre.On me met dans une chambre pour personne à situation d’handicap pas du tout adapté pour nous climatiseur qui s’arrête souvent .
Franchement très déçu de la part des personnes qui travaille à l’accueil il nous on même pas aider même pas demandé si tout allait bien sachant tout les problèmes qu’on a eu.
Je vous parle même pas du ménage l’hôtel est très très sale et très vieillot et sombre .
L’équipe est pas dû tout bienveillant en vers leurs clients.
Très souvent des odeurs de marijuana qui rentre dans la chambre sachant que nous avons un enfant de 6 ans.
La dangerosité de traverser la rue sans qu’il n’y ait d’agent pour nous aider

Lovely place to stay in Phuket.
The resort is in patong popular area known for its night life
Good for shopping
Services are good
Cleanliness is also maintained
Room amenities also comfortable
We enjoyed our stay

This is a beautiful property in need of major TLC. This property is not maintained correctly. I had to call maintenance four times within the first two hours of checking in for different things not working in our two rooms. (The AC sensor broke, the door lock back panel was broken, the toilet was non-functional, and the private pool jets must be manually turned on and off by staff; they never came the first time I requested. And the worst of all, the water lines were running brown water. We were afraid to even wash our hands.

Having said that, the staff worked hard and were very apologetic. The manager MJ provided us with an upgrade to rooms that were in was better shape but still a couple of things didn't work there like wall DC plugs and light siwtches.

Why not? Phuket.

Love this hotel. The staff are amazing. Stayed in a king size room and it was spacious. Shower was big and comfortable. Open air lobby makes it easy to waut for tours. The pools wuth bar service made the experience memorable. Would stay here again.
