We have also closely aligned with the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) & the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) and international accreditation standards to establish both traceability and sustainability of our seafood. We've also taken extra measures when it comes to sustainably obtaining all of our ingredients through the science led solutions driven by our Wave of Change movement. In fact, we’re proud to be the first hotel chain across Europe, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, to be awarded the Chain of Custody certificate for our superior level of sourcing.
