The Gourmet Market gathers specialist kitchens under one roof, plating grilled meat, fish, cheeses, tapas, pintxos and tortillas to live music and ocean views. The main buffet runs themed nights from Japan to Mexico, while the bars pour everything from morning coffee to the Aloe, the house cocktail you'll only find here.
