Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 744 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No connecting rooms with double beds We made a reservation months ahead and asked for two connecting rooms with two double beds in each room. We were not told this was a problem. When we called to confirm in the morning, they told us that there are no connecting rooms anywhere in the hotel with double beds. And we were told there were no king rooms available either so we couldn't get connecting rooms at all. When we checked in six hours after we had called, We somehow got a king (handicap room) with a double connecting and they brought a cot to the king room. Felt like we were tossed around a bit, but they were accommodating. Parking was $24 for self and $34 for valet per day. Heat lamps outside in valet area when it's cold. Buffet breakfast was $25, but kids under six are free. The rooms were nice, but on a busy street. Walking distance to Lenox mall. Housekeeping also called our room while we had a privacy sign in door, to confirm that we did not want housekeeping, which annoyed me because they called during nap time and woke up a kid (if you're a mom, you are cringing). I'll stay there agAin. The hotel is really pretty downstairs and the staff were friendly and helpful. 04 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful facility, friendly staff, but... The hotel is beautiful, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable but there were a couple of small things that bugged me. If this were not a 5 star hotel, I wouldn't even mention it: first, the tub didn't drain. My wife took a bath and to let out the water I had to reach down and pull up the drain plug by hand. Second, even as a guest, you had to pay for wi-fi. Again, these problems are not huge, but considering it is a 5 star hotel, I thought it worth mentioning 04 March 2015
