Our signature Japanese restaurant, award winning KO offers a stylish dining experience infusing Balinese architecture with Japanese gardens and aesthetics. Serving dinner only, KO features three distinct dining concepts, Teppanyaki, an interactive experience where chefs prepare grilled Japanese specialties, The Restaurant for fresh sushi, sashimi and tempura, and The Cocktail Lounge featuring an extensive menu of sake based cocktails, Japanese beers, and lighter Japanese fare.

Dine al fresco under the stars, next to tropical gardens illuminated with lanterns, or reserve the private indoor glass conservatory with chandeliers and gold plated cutlery. Bella Cucina, our signature restaurant, offers a seasonal menu of delicious and lively open kitchen concepts. Two, three, and four course tasting menus are featured. Start with the Mushroom and Truffle Veloute, Herb Crusted Lamb Loin creamy polenta, edamame, confit shallot, kalamata olive jus, and Tiramisu.

For a decidedly Balinese ambiance, Jimbaran Garden offers in and outdoor dining. Savour authentic regional specialties like the signature Jimbaran Sari laut for two, grilled mahi mahi steak, squid sambal, garlic butter lobster, black pepper prawn, sauteed water spinach, Jimbaran sari laut soup and steamed rice.

A pendulous bamboo lighting installation reminiscent of a set of Balinese wind chimes sets the stage for breakfast at Taman Gita. Settle into a sleek banquettes and alcoves adorned with Balinese artefacts, before indulging in the extensive international breakfast buffet. Take time to peruse the storyboard wall display of musicians playing gamelan instruments, a tribute to the restaurant's namesake, Taman Gita, which means heavenly garden of music.
