Perched on the 9th floor with sweeping views over Mirabello Bay, Minoan is both an adult-friendly poolside retreat and a rooftop lounge—two experiences woven into one elevated escape.
Cool off in the infinity pool before settling into the lounge, where a menu of Mediterranean- and Greek-inspired light bites pairs effortlessly with cocktails and spirits. As the day softens into evening, the rooftop becomes a place to linger, sipping, unwinding, and watching the bay catch the last of the light. Throughout the summer season, the rooftop comes alive after dark with a rotating programme of DJ sets and curated events under the stars.
As an open-air venue, Minoan operates from mid-May onwards, with days and hours subject to weather and seasonal conditions.
