The pool bar sets the tone for the day. Take to the infinity pool, where the water meets the horizon, and Mirabello Bay stretches out below, then settle in for a Mediterranean and Greek-inspired menu of light snacks and bites, crafted from the finest locally sourced ingredients. Cocktails and spirits are made with equal care, alongside a thoughtful selection of alcohol-free beverages, ensuring every guest finds something worth savouring. As the sun begins its descent over the bay, Minoan shifts. The rooftop lounge takes over with handcrafted cocktails and views that make it impossible to leave. As an open-air venue, Minoan operates from mid-May onwards, with days and hours subject to weather and seasonal conditions. Adults and older guests are warmly welcomed; to preserve the space's atmosphere, a minimum age of 14 is required.
