Khao Yai National Park

Khao Yai National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a popular countryside resort just two-and-a-half hours drive from Bangkok. There are several world-class golf courses in the area, as well as a variety of wildlife, flora, and fauna. Over 50 km of hiking and biking trails and picture-perfect waterfalls traverse this nature reserve. Also found in the park are a variety of wildlife.

Wat Pa Phu Hai Long

On a mountain top in the Pak Chong district of the Nakhon Ratchasima province, is Wat Pa Phu Hai Long, a beautiful Buddhist monastery. It is located in Khao Yai, an area of forest and grassland covering 300 square kilometers.

Pak Chong Old Town Market

Food lovers will enjoy this night market. A wide variety of delicious food is available, and all of the vendors are friendly and helpful. If you plan to spend a few days in Pak Chong, this is a great place to experience Thai street food.

GranMonte Vineyard and Winery

Lam Takhong Dam Viewpoint

On the way from Bangkok to Nakhon Ratchasima, this is a pleasant place to stop, stretch, and relax. Several restaurants and snack shops can be found here, as well as a view of the reservoir and dam.

PB Valley Khao Yai Winery

PB Valley Khao Yai Winery was established in 1989 and is the birthplace of the Khao Yai Wine Region where it has been producing excellent wines. In 1997, the estate opened its doors in time for its first harvest.

Wat Thep Phithak Punnaram

A temple dedicated to Buddha Sakolsima Mongkhon, a name conferred upon His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej Rama IX. People usually refer to the statue as Luang Pho Khao or Luang Pho Yai. An large, white statue of Buddha made of reinforced concrete, surrounded by nature. Located on a high mountain, it represents the 56 virtues of Buddha and is situated on a mountain of outstanding beauty.
