Executive Chef Matt Hart has designed an a la carte menu destined to infuse the Gold Coast's local produce with The Fireplace's signature smokey flavour. In the meantime, your gourmet breakfast has been relocated to our grand homestead style venue, The Grange. Kick start your day with a delicious buffet serving up seasonal fruits with local Queensland yoghurt, gourmet bakery baskets, Sunny Queen farm eggs, freshly blended juices and vibrant tapas plates.
