The Conservatory caters towards informal dining with our daily sumptuous breakfast or High Tea. Perfect for al fresco dining in our Hunter Valley restaurant as you overlook the beautiful rose gardens and water features. Our breakfast and lunch offerings stay true to our paddock to plate philosophy and our service team will ensure you enjoy the perfect start to your Hunter Valley Day.

Location: Located just off the main hotel lobby
Farm, forage and graze our delectable menu featuring ingredients from our own grounds at Kirkton Park and from local Hunter Valley Producers. Embark on a new venture to leave as light an environmental footprint as possible, while still staying true to our authentic regional location. Open 5:30pm to 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday, bookings are highly recommended. Opening times may vary.
