we were not greeted as priority club members and did not get the room we reserved.the first room the air did not work,the tv was broken and the bed look liked it had been slepted in,not made up to good.the curtains were dirty and stained.After I pressured the manager on duty she moved us to another room which was missing the tv remotes and the bed had hairs all over it and killed 2 spiders in the tub,when we left no one said anything to us.

We love Candlewood for its value but even more because they have recliners in their rooms. My wife has asthma and sleeps much better sitting up.

For the money it was not the best I've.stayede. Room was clean and staff was good.

We had warm rooms with great thermostats but problems with the roll away bed. It was stained and dirty and I was not able to get a mattress pad for it or a comforter despite asking. I had to go back and ask for a fitted sheet as well. I had to put bathroom towels (that came from my room and another room we had also rented) on the bed to provide a barrier between the bed and sheets as I would not let my child sleep in it otherwise. We were not given any platinum priority perks. The internet worked well and the room appeared cleaned. For a business traveler it is probably a great location, but for our family it was not the best choice.

Great stay - only wish I could have fit the mattress in my car so I could take it home! Candlewood is THE best value around.

My in-laws live in Paducah so we visit several times a year. After staying at different hotels in the area, we always come back here.
the staff is always friendly. I love the kitchenette and fitness room. We will keep coming back here!

We always stay at Candlewood when we are in town . The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff goes above all expectations, really friendly and helpful. My Grand-Daughter loves the cupboard , nice to have such a large selection of items on hand. no need to run out and pick up anything.
