Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Will happily ignore you and chat between themselves. Was forced several times to go to the bar myself during dinner and purchase drinks rather than be waited on at the table. Inappropriate music was played daily by the pool, and very loudly! Included music full of swearing and profanity. Had to constantly ask for it to be turned down in order to relax, other guests (including someone who mentioned he also worked for IHG) had to also ask to have it turned down. It would get turned back up again shortly after. The outside pool facilities, toilets, showers etc were filthy and being used as storage, including the walkway through to the beach. Inside the hotel was clean however, and well presented. The room was clean and tidy however the fittings and fixtures were tired in need of repair. The inside pool facilities needed some maintenance also, with many lights out and some of the steam rooms etc not functioning. The buffet was varied each day with an absolutely massive selection, including some very tasty desserts! January 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Romance stay during Winter period The Location is perfect ,15 mIn to Maydan ,View is perfect to see ,I stayed during October where was out of the season but a wonderful stay ,quit ,nice breakfast .Except ,the reception did not recognized that I am Ambassador member until I remind them about it ,but they did not upgrade me as necessary .
