Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just average The room we had was tiny. Barely room to go between the beds. Huge armoir in the room that was taking up too much space. There wasn't fan in the washroom. In the morning we were awakened at 6:30 to noise in the hallway that lasted about an hour. Was not worth the money in my opinion. August 26, 2014

I know sometimes this is not always possible but I really appreciate when I check in and am told that I have been upgraded complimentary. The service and overall experience was outstanding. Right down to the simple details... I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone even if you are not as lucky as me to have gotten an upgrade. August 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel I only stayed 1 night but it was worth it. The service, atmosphere and food was excellent and rooms were nice. The only thing I didn't like was it was way too hot in the indoor pool room and the breakfast was yummy but too pricey. I would recommend anyone to stay at a Crown Plaza Hotel August 25, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed reviews We prebooked as a group for our stay and our rooms were NOT as promised upon arrival. Our group was not on the same floor (in fact we were scattered over 4 floors), and the room type was not as requested for several people. When brought to the managers attention, it was "resolved" in their minds by taking $10/night off the bill. Appreciated, but hardly an acceptable resolution. Rooms were TINY but clean considering they are outdated. Lots of construction going on in the parking lot, and both the pool and hot-tub experienced problems during our stay that required them to be shut down for a time period. Generally just a run-down place, it seems. Restaurant was good, good food, staff fairly attentive. Housekeeping staff was excellent - friendly, thorough, and very helpful. August 18, 2014
