Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Couldn't watch T.V. from the bed Overall, pretty good service, however the T.V. cupboard was at the far end of the room and you had to be sitting in the lounge area to watch it. Even then, the cupboard doors didn't open wide enough to see the whole screen. For myself, when I travel, I like to veg in the bed once my day is done and that is my place of choice for watching any T.V. It was inconvenient not to be able to do that. The coffee maker was great and the restaurant was good as well. RE: priority club members - I've been spoiled by the locations that give you a free drink as a pcm, so being offered an extra bottle of water or a breath mint didn't really do it for me. May 16, 2013

Suggest Ganong chocolates (from New Brunswick) would be the appropriate welcome (vs some USA brand). Lets proudly support our Canadian brands! Parking lot needs improvement. Breakfast buffet needs to be much hotter. April 23, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but does not cater to business traveller Have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. It is in good location, decent restaurant. However my most recent stay will likely be my last. As a business traveller I frequently need to print a few pages of reports and data (less than 5 pages on most occasions). At every stay I am required to repair or clean up files on business computers, reset printer, etc before either of them will operate. At my last stay, only one computer would read my thumb drive. Unfortunately this computer could not print. When I managed to get the printer operating it spit out 10 pages of a previous users boarding pass, then failed again. I took my thumb drive to the front desk and was directed to the concierge desk whose computer would not accept my thumb drive. Running late and getting frustrated I returned to the front desk and demanded that a computer be made available. Finally a computer in an office was able to both read the drive and actually print something. Total time to print 6 pages --- 35 minutes. February 23, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by all around a great stay Fast check in. with the rooms being very inviting. we wished we were able to stay longer. Breakfast fast and good. and good service at the bar. and nothing nicer not having to clean off the van. covered parking is a huge plus. though I was there for work I would bring my family there as well. Thank you Kim G. it is in walking distance to some great local entertainment. January 30, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A SURE THING This was a snowstorm stayover. I drove in the terrible weather, looking around while considering a hotel. The sign 'CROWN PLAZA' was my deciding factor as to whether I stayed put, safe and warm or faced the storm. I knew what to expect in terms of service. Usually in the higher end of what my budget allows for sleeping away I was very happy to find the price very reasonable. The staff were most courteous, and my room was perfectly clean, warm and comfortable. I not only got a good deal and made a safe decision, but actually enjoyed my delay! Next time in town, I will know where to go, storm or not! January 22, 2013

The room was very comfortable, the keruig machine was a nice touch and room service was quick. The restaurant also serves an excellent breakfast buffet with great variety of choices.
