Professional Staff

I was really impress with my stay at Crowne-Plaza Riverfront. I was in town for the 17th Hmong National Development Conference which consisted for 1,000+ attendees. The staff were always really professional which is really rare nowadays. The service was fantastic! The restaurant/bar was on point. Please keep up the fantastic work! I had a great experience overall.

no ice machine and no pool

Ice machines are behind construction area. They took out the pool since the last time we visited. It was easy to hear high school kids in the next room.

great service

The Hotel is great. Customer Service is Excellent! I LOVE the valet service especially! The construction going on didn't bother me. My only complaint is the smoking. They must have been smoking in the room next door. The smell was so strong I thought I was in a smoking section outside. I hope they paid a fine for it, I wasn't sure if I should have notified the front desk or not.
