Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable room The room was extremely comfortable and spacious, and all the amenities were perfect. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn again the next time I am visiting the Albuquerque area, and I will probably seek out Holiday Inn Hotels whenever I am travelling to other areas. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, crummy location A great hotel that is right off the freeway and very close to dinning options. However, with Albuq freeway construction, it is hard to actually get in and out of the hotel, and at several times of the day, virtually impossible when the traffic backs up at the freeway entrance and exit. Rooms are very comfortable, beds great, and you have a delightful selection of pillows. On the other hand, avoid being within several rooms close to the elevator. The noise will keep you up all night. Walls are also a bit transparent to sounds from surrounding rooms as well. October 22, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by building needs to take responsibility management should walk the building with a fine tooth comb and make a fix list. then this fix list should be cleared one by one. our shower didn't work and the shower rod was nearly off the wall anchors. we then had no use of the room for 24 hours until personnel fixed the issues.
