Unfortunately at check-in (Or during my stay) I was never recognized as an IHG Platinum member and never was offered "Welcome" points. Other than that hotel was nice.... but dont recommend placing folks right next to the pool unless they request, due to late evening noise created by others. Time to recognize valued IHG members when making reservations at your location. October 19, 2014
