Another great stay at your hotel, thank you.
A few hair found in the bath, tiled area, also a few more stuck in the bath strainer.
Other than that, everything else is up to your usual great standard.
I notice the emergency torch is flat (used it to search for things fallen under the bed). Do they get checked once in a while?

I have used this hotel a number of times when travelling in and out of New Zealand. For me an airport hotel is about getting a good rest prior or after flying.
This was impossible as the hotel now has set it up for functions. The night I stayed their was a wedding with some of the guests staying at the hotel. I was woken 4 times between 10pm and 3am by guest noise in the corridors, outside where they were drinking and smoking and sound systems at full volume in their room.
I had an early-ish flight and wanted to use the gym. Sadly this was not available until 7am.
The last straw was when I went to use my shower it had a lot of hair ( not mine) on the walls. Shower curtain etc. it looked like the shower had not been cleaned.
I did fill out the customer survey but received no feedback from the hotel.
Very disappointing stay in a brand I use a lot.

We had stayed previously in March, then left our car and headed away for a holiday, we picked the stay and park package, free transfer to the airport.
On our return we again stayed at the hotel for a night, we were however charged for the return journey on the bus from the airport to the hotel.
I feel that staying for the return night should have given us a free ride back to the hotel, we are very disappointed with the charge, if we had not stayed and simply returned to pick up the car then I can understand to charge.
Otherwise the stay in the hotel was fine both times, we did not have meals as we were exhausted after our long flight.
We would stay again, please have a look at the bus charges.

We stayed here for a short overnight between flights in/out of Auckland and found the hotel to be reasonably priced for the area with clean with comfortable rooms. Its nothing exceptional but is simply decent value for the money.
Two issues to express:
1. This property charges (fairly significantly IMHO) for wireless internet access in the rooms. We spent 2 weeks touring the country and had free unlimited wifi access everywhere except for this hotel. It makes little sense to me that the wifi costs money in the rooms at a major hotel chain in a major city when I find free unlimited access in small towns in B&Bs. Take care of this issue and it will go a long way to improving my impression of this facility.
2. There are no stairs to the second floor. I'm a reasonably fit guy but the last thing I want to do is lug my bags up and down stairs after a long day of travel. I was able to manage my bags ok but what about older travelers or those with limited strength or mobility? C'mon Holiday Inn...install an elevator!

Another great stay at your hotel.
The gluten free pizza was made with the base "upside down". The rough side should be at the bottom, with the smooth side facing up. I told the waitress, whom returned it to the kitchen and a new one promptly made with the right way up.
Top marks for doing this correctly, as it tastes like cardboard when the wrong side is being used.

I have stayed at this hotel Hundreds of times and watched it go through a full revamp.
Rooms are very clean & comfortable and all none smoking.
The beds are so comfy i even bought pillows from the hotel for home.
Staff are good value, friendly & always helpful.
Highly Recommend.

The rooms are quiet and very comfortable which are kept very clean.There are good amenities in the room and a pond and pool area outside to be able to relax by. The staff are friendly and professional and will do what they can to make your stay memorable
