Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location The hotel was comfortable and convenient to beaches and casinos. Our only negative was the breakfast. We had to pay for a very poor quality of food with equally bad service. May 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beach get away I found the hotel to be ideally located on the beach, the rooms were clean, A/C worked great, staff brought us extra towels asap. We were able to walk across the boulevard to the beach and local diners and shops. Very nice. April 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and friendly staff The hotel property is very clean and pleasing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Three issues: one, there is not a breakfast included in your stay. For a hotel charging the rate paid a night I think a breakfast should be included. There is breakfast available to order and the food is good; however, the restaurant was woefully understaffed and it took nearly an hour to get a simple breakfast and pay. Two, the lighting cover outside our room door fell upon simply closing the door, no one injured but bothersome. Three, the bathroom switch plate and power outlet box was loose. With this said, the staff was great and friendly. April 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing Special other than Location The location of this hotel was the major drawing point to my family, but I wish I could get a do over. The staff was not friendly when we checked in, and didn't thank us for being IHG Gold Elite members. The hotel is older and needs to be updated (or seemingly torn down and rebuilt may be the better option#. The room was more spacious than I thought it was going to be, and it was good to see a full DirecTV line-up for the TV #which is a major plus). The bed was comfortable, but yet you feel like a you are on a trampoline if someone moves. The AC never got cold enough so we sweated at night. All and all, I wouldn't recommend this property if you are looking at just the amenities. If you are looking at location, then this is the hotel for you. April 11, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Biloxi stay at Holiday Inn You either freeze or over heat in the room. Not enough lighting and not enough outlets for electronics. Lighting in the bathroom was not up to standards. Room was very out dated. Will only make reservations at a Holiday Inn Express in the future. More up to date. April 4, 2015
