Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by was upgraded to a room covered in mold The front desk person was happy to announce that I had been upgraded to a room with a view! Little did I know that the view was of the roof over the entry way and the mold covering the walls all around the ceiling. I will admit that the team was gracious enough to allow me to move one floor up which did not have noticeable mold, but first impressions are important. I ALWAYS stay at holiday inn hotels, but I will choose to stay at a casino hotel next time I'm in Biloxi no matter the cost. this building needs a complete renovation! February 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bilox1022016 so so experience I did not think this property met many of my expectations for Holiday Inns. February 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, very friendly staff, clean, comfortable! After a long day and a mix-up at a local casino hotel, we were treated very nicely and upgraded because of rewards points we were unaware of. Front desk staff very accommodating. Very comfortable stay! January 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 44th Anniversary Trip My wife and I ventured off to Biloxi for our 44th Wedding Anniversary. We were able to visit the AIr Base Exchange (I am a Military Retiree) , do a little gambling at the Imperial Palace Casino, and ate two quality meals at the Casino. Overall...it was a very enjoyable weekend. The Hotel we stayed at (Holiday Inn) was very nice and the price was certainly reasonable. My Review: 1) Hotel had a nice smell 2) Hotel was clean inside and out. 3) Staff was very nice and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. 4) Price of the room was very reasonable 5) Breakfast at the Hotel was reasonable in cost, very good taste, and quick service. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, but lousy internet We received and upgrade to a Beach view room, though a suite was not available. The room and view were very nice and spacious. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, however the toilet was elevated from the rest of the room (basically on a raised platform) which made it a little difficult to use. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The one issue was the internet. When we checked in, the signal was so weak that the network did not appear. I talked to the front desk and they verified the name. After awhile, it appeared and I attempted to log on. I eventually did get access, but the speed was impossibly slow. This happened for most of our stay. Either it was totally unavailable or too slow to be of use. The only time if worked properly was late mornings. I ended up using my smart phone for internet access, which is not very convenient. I don't know if this was symptomatic of the entire hotel or just some of the rooms (we were at one end of the building). If you don't care about having internet service, Holiday Inn Biloxi is a very nice place to stay. If you do, I'd verify that the room you are given has a decent connection. January 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend getaway Nice hotel. Great view of the ocean and beach from the room. The only drawback to having a room with a view is you also get the traffic noise from highway 90. January 28, 2016
