Need to update your on line photos and description on the size of room and bed size!!!! Need to put on web the dates that the pool is open.A lot of kids were very disappointed it was under construction and closed! Need to get better servers and teach the front service clerks to not just say I am sorry.... Be proactive to complaint!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful!
I disappointed at the breakfast choices and quality.
The rugs felt wet all the time and there was extensive peeling paint in the bathroom.

We had previously stayed at this HI (2 yrs ago) and were disappointed this time. Not only had the rates increased significantly, but the amenities provided to club members has diminished so much that we would not consider returning to this facility. The number of shuttle stops have been decreased and previously members were given a voucher for a free breakfast - not this time though. I'm not sure there actually was any benefit to being a club member at all.

hotel was aware of early check in due to flight and room was not ready nor was I notified as promised when room was ready. When asked for late check out due to flight delay was only given a half an hour.

Stayed 1 night in Charleston on return trip to Louisville.Hotel is close to Historic District and offers free shuttles to town..Staff was very friendly and helpful..rooms were clean and comfortable--Room offered great views of the Charleston skyline.very relaxing stay!

My room was nice and comfortable but I had to make sure the drapes were completely closed at night otherwise the spotlight from their sign was right in my window. I liked the shuttle service to downtown area. The staff at the front desk was very accomidating. I went to the restraunt upstairs for breakfast and the chairs in the restraunt were ripped and the waitress was slow. I thought the eggs were very good but the rest of the buffet was just blah. The view was nice but I think that for the price they charge it should be remodled.

This location was cheaper than staying in the Old Charleston area but less than 5 minute drive. Easy drive to plantations.
The negative issue with this hotel was one of the two elevators was not operating much of our stay. With 15 floors the wait was not acceptable especially at check-in and out times.
The heating/air conditioning unit needs to be replaced! It was not easy to operate but most significantly it was VERY NOISY! It was difficult to hear the TV and hard to sleep due to continuous noise which sounded like a clothes drier with rocks in it.
I have been a Priority Club member since 1983 (32 yrs) but when checking in the party ahead of us received a small package for some special deal they must have received when booking but we had to ask why we did not get one for being Priority or Rewards members. We were given a package then also but with the amount of business I have given IHG with my loyalty for 32 years I should have been given recognition in some way. The HI Expresses we stayed at during this trip had my name on a placard in the lobby. It is not that I expect special treatment every time I stay, however, since I am a charter member of Priority Club some value should be offered.
