Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Incredible Staff The staff at Charleston-Riverview met and exceeded every expectation. They went above and beyond for me and the rest in my wedding party. They made a wedding stay easy, fun, just plain perfect. I could not be happier with the service provided by this staff! Amanda, the AGM worked with me for several weeks to make sure everything was perfect. The restaurant staff, Meckie, Brenda, and Shane were terrific and Jo in the lounge is the most outstanding bar server I have ever experienced! These folks really upheld the standards of IHG and could not have been more impressive! March 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service, View and Location Great hotel. Double bed rooms a little small but adequate. Food was great! Location perfect and the view spectacular. Beds and pillow above average. A little road noise and didn't like the TV guide on the TV. Bathroom light over the sink comes on when you turn the light on for the closed bathroom which was a little annoying. March 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms I live in Charleston as this was an overnight get away. The only thing that I thought that could be a little better kept were the floors in the room. As I was picking things off the floor in the room there was human hair strands all over the place. It wasn't in in clumps or anything, but I would suggest a better vacuum or better job of vacuuming. I had the scenic view from my room but the windows were so dirty I couldn't enjoy the view as all I saw was how dirty they were. Other than those two minor issues, Everything was wonderful. I have stayed and visited this hotel a few times in the past. March 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Noisey Room My room, 407 was extremely noisey and made for difficult, non-restful sleep. I booked the room about 10 days out so maybe it was my fault, since all other rooms were reserved. However, the a/c was noisey and probably needed servicing or replacing. Nothing could be done about location in regards to the elevator, but being a light sleeper, I would typically ask for a different room. March 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Find somewhere else to go We payed well over the price we should have to stay at this hotel. The only good thing about it was the front desk staff. They were wonderful. We payed extra to have a skyline view, and got placed on the 4th floor. We had a lovely view of the parking lot. I would not have wasted the money on a skyline view for that. Also, we had a rehearsal dinner for a wedding to attend and by the time we got back, the rooftop bar was closed. What bar closes at midnight on a Friday?! Then, just to make things worse, the sounds of the doors slamming (which might I add, couldn't be helped) woke me up several times during the night. I have a 3 year old. I am by no means a light sleeper. I will in the future, and would have if I'd known, absolutely spent the extra money to get a better hotel. I assure you it won't be at a Holiday Inn. March 16, 2015
