Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Would return I had only one issue with the heating system the first night and that was rectified the next day. The hotel has a nice staff and was very clean and comfortable. I only had one issue with the viewing choice on the TV, Fox News is not offered. They offer CNN and MSNBC, which neither do I prefer. January 20, 2015

The staff is excellent--Amanda, Josh ,Brenda, Shawn and restaurant staff are all so accommodating and with such great attitudes. I am sorry I don't get more names to compliment. The housekeeping staff are so upbeat and helpful especially the young lady on 4th floor ! January 19, 2015

The suites are right under the restaurant and when they started moving at 5am if you were in the suites you heard it all. Can not go out own the balcony's the doors do not open in any of the rooms. I would stay again but not in a suite due to the kitchen noise. January 14, 2015

Just wish you had more stops that the shuttle could take. example: really would have liked you to pick me up at the airport, not a taxi. I rated dinner a little less because the waiter was really slow and did not check on us that often. The room was really clean but the cleaning crew forgot to leave an extra roll of toilet paper there when the other rolls were almost out. January 12, 2015
