I changed my itinerary and needed to get to Minneapolis- St Paul Airport by 11:50 am the next morning and had no idea how . The front desk staff was very helpful in making alternate suggestions of how I could get to Minneapolis on time. With thier help I made other arrangements and ended up getting home just 1 hour later than my original plan. October 13, 2014

The staff made a point to acknowledge the kids, there was also lots for the kids to do at the hotel. The pool and slides were great and my kids are only 2 and 4. One staff member found some coins on the floor and passed them to my children. October 9, 2014

We had a few issues (keys didn't work and sometimes there were technical errors during out conference) but the staff was always right there trying to make it right. My only dislike was how far away our room was from the conference rooms. It felt like we had to walk really far to get back to our room. It wouldn't be an issue if you were just sleeping there and then going out for the day because you can park really close to your room. There is a really nice lounge that allows your to charge to your room and they had free live music on the weekends- very convenient. And a bar and snack shop in the pool area- great for families. We went to the pool, which was geared towards younger children - we loved it! Very relaxing! We ordered room service, something we don't ever get to do. Food was awesome and there in a more than timely manner. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable. Staff, ALL the staff, was so very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place for business or pleasure. October 8, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Execution Fine; Follow-Thru Poor My event and lodging for myself and my business associate was, in the overall, satisfactory. I was/am saddened that follow-thru (statement for my event) was misdirected, and I've been waiting over a week for receipt of that statement. I subsequently discovered the Sales Representative had failed to direct the statement to the proper e-mail Inbox. As such, even though I'd already received e-mail to the correct Inbox from this Representative, the Accounts Receivable staff incorrectly routed the statement. As such, I have been sitting on incurred debt for a week, and have been unable to invoice my client. Further, the statement shows questionable and unexplained line items. This will result in additional delays in my invoicing the client for costs incurred. What started out as a pleasant experience has ended with disappointment. What a pity! September 21, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of Costumer Service Our Debit Card was given to a random stranger from the pool area bar staff!!! Follow up was requested and nothing was received. No manager in position the following business day upon check out or current manger on duty that night even when requested repeatedly followed up with us . So our entire financial well-being was breeched along with no empathy or any straight forward costumer service initiated whatsoever. I highly recommend going elsewhere since staff simply refused to make things right & communicate anything to us which is extremely not courteous & is very unprofessional. If anything a police report should have been filed by us on behalf of the negligence of their staff. September 8, 2014

Someone always poops in the pool and it has to be shocked and closed for an hour or two. Menu in restaurant changed up and it's wonderful!!! Great staff. September 4, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Accounting issues My husband works for BNSF and we went for a mini vacation. We choose this holiday inn because of the indoor water park (which my kids loved). We had issues after we checked out. They never swiped my husbands card upon check in (even though he gave it to them) and after we checked out their accounting department tried to charge BNSF for our stay! I dont know who in their right mind would try and charge a company for a personal stay. Its not like he used his corporate card . Then they ended charged the card we had made the reservation with two days AFTER we checked out. When my husband spoke with the Manager about the huge mix up they were only able to give us points on the rewards program. Saying that they were busy and blah blah blah when there was 4-5 desk clerks on Sunday morning. Terrible management and accounting department. I use to work in Holiday Inns and never had this much of a delay or mix up. To prevent any future issues we will not be returning to this hotel. September 4, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Why breakfast is not included with the room? Check-in was Ok, and the reception staff have been pleasant. One morning around 10:45 AM my son went to get breakfast at the restaurant and a middle aged service lady gave him lunch menu instead of breakfast menu. When I got there I asked the lady why there is no breakfast, she replied it is lunch time so breakfast will not be served. While I was there I saw some customers being served breakfast. We did not want to eat lunch that early so we have to go to the nearby mall to get light breakfast like meal. If breakfast is served between the hours of 6:00 and 11:00 AM, then I believe we should have been served breakfast at 10:45AM. I am not sure why this lady did not want to serve us breakfast. I can only speculate!!!! September 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by General Manager gets and gives raises!!! Being a recently retired retail manager/ business owner I can always tell when the leadership of an organization is top notch. Such is the case with the entire staff at the Holiday Inn in Fargo, ND. Every person, from the wonderful woman who picked up us at the airport, the friendly front desk personal, the fun bartenders, and last but not least the energetic maintenance worker made our trip one of the best ever. The room was very clean, some of the Serving staff in the Dining room lacked experience and seemed awfully forgetful but on the other hand the rest were extremely pleasnt and knowledgeable raising the bar for the rest. Management in the Ding Hall lacked Customer Service skills when a problem was brought to their attention. Wifi conectivity was sketchy at best in our room, and website showing the size of the water park was very deceiving. Quality of Menu items varied day to day by staffing and Dont order the Pot Roast unless you want to feel like you had your tongue on a Salt Lick! Not my first choice of accomadation next time I visit Fargo! August 27, 2014
