Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 worst stay in an IHG hotel Room was dirty with mold on bathtub grout and paint splatters on tub. Hair and chocolate stains on bedding. Hori be service in the restaurant. And duct tape holding carpet down in room. Tried to complain but no manager on duty. Left contact info and they never got back to me. May 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by grfallsty my sons were told 3 different times room not ready, i made the mistake of getting room above pool very noisy, finally they get in and carpet sticky they were tired after a 14hr drive, i think the restaurant should stay open or lounge take food orders until at least 10pm 9pm is cutting it way short. i asked for salads at 9:10pm and lounge manager said no one here to take care of it. wish the rooms had little sink and stove top w micro wave should have stayed at the other one but wanted to be closer to black eagle. room smelled musty the washer front load was disgusting with slime/dirt in gasket needs a good cleaning. used my points and overall just was not happy with the appearance of the place run down and smokers hung out in the front entrance so you had to walk through it.......not enough wash clothes for 4 people and free breakfast May 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Not the best hotel, great staff. Hotel is a little dingy. It smells as a hotel that converted from a smoking hotel to a non smoking hotel and still has the lingering cigarette smell. The guest rooms are a decent size. Washroom and décor is a little outdated and in need of some updating. The staff were GREAT. Breakfast in the hotel was reasonable and a decent size. You get what you pay for... May 27, 2015
