Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Impressed! All of the comments that I made earlier in this survey should be posted here. Pool AND Spa were drained and closed. Restaurant was closed at 8:45 pm No free breakfast. Broken Coffee Pot. Hallways were Freezing cold! Several dogs staying at the hotel (even on our 5th floor)--Barking at all hours. Very low positioned shower. No coffee or water available in the Lobby (except for purchase from the small "store" at the front desk). Somewhat high priced. March 19, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I have stayed here many times traveling for State of Montana - unfortunately, this time was the worst. I have always checked in paying cash payment and was rudely told by management that they could not handle cash, even though my card was being held for incidentals. The other lady helping was friendly, and took it into her own hands, called upper management and was walked through the process of putting it into the computer. In the meantime, the lady manager standing nearby grabbed the phone and rudely said, we were told not to take cash payment... I believe this is very rude customer service when you have someone paying for your services and who frequents your motel often! I also checked out a day early, taking my money elsewhere, because the pool was closed and I wanted my family to be able to swim while I was in meetings. I checked out that morning and let them know the circumstance and asked for a refund for the second night as I was not staying there. I was told I could not have a cash refund because the money had been dropped, I said that is fine, go ahead and credit my card that is held for incidentals. I called Tuesday 3/17 as the credit still had not been received and still on this day Thursday 3/19 I still have no credit to my card. This is extremely poor service, I will never frequent this hotel again and will suggest others do not as well. March 19, 2015

It was nice to offer passes to another local facility, but that was not convenient for our family and our schedule. The staff was super nice, but we were disappointed that one of our rooms was not serviced. The bathroom was clearly in need of repairs and a "deep clean." March 18, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service/Staff, Comfortable Room, POOL WAS CLOSED!!! The big Holiday Inn in Great Falls is always a nice place to stay I would have given them 5 Stars IF the pool were open. I stayed for 3 nights and the pool was closed every single one of those nights. We were not notified beforehand of our reservations and we did not know that our children would not be swimming during the day while I was at my meetings. I make reservations at hotels that do have pools/swimming and I was so mad and disappointed that this pool/bouncy house was closed during one of my longer stays. We couldn't understand why the pool was closed here but open at Holiday Inn Express. I love IHG hotels but I was disappointed with this pool situation. If my children are not happy then I am not happy. Other than that the hotel was clean, lots of friendly people staying at the hotel and staff was friendly even though the hotel was packed when we were in our room we could not hear people outside. Very nice place to stay other than the pool situation. March 17, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs some remodelling and bathroom too small The furniture is worn, the elevator lurched, the bathroom was way too small, the service in the restaurant was slow and the food was not that great. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Great Falls but wanted a fridge in our room so we tried the Holiday Inn instead. We will go back to the Holiday Inn Express next year or some other hotel. March 8, 2015
