Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check-in Staff Although most of the staff at this hotel are pleasant, I am only giving a fair due to Alex at Check-in. This is the second time he has checked me in at this hotel and he exhibits low functioning customer service skills. In fact, I was very surprised that he was still working at this facility. He never greets you with any verbal expression and just gives a person a glance. He concentrates more on chewing his gum than talking to the customer, so I have a hard time understanding what he is saying. The first time I was there he didn't tell me where my room was located and when I asked he acted like I was bothering him. I also feel that overall, both staff members who were at the check-in looked unkempt. This is too bad because the restaurant, bar, and room staff are all very accommodating. July 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ok but no breakfast we were there for a funeral and just figured that we would get breakfast as it is included in most rooms but this Hotel did not include breakfast or even a discount on breakfast. The room windows were also a little dirty and we probably wont stay here again June 10, 2014
