The Holiday Inn in Great Falls provided excellent customer service and I am now a loyal customer are willing to refer their business to friends, family, and colleagues. The front desk has a genuine desire to delight us. They provided us with the room that suited us and we felt so valued. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and the decor of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and we had the well deserve sleep after a long day of shopping. We were so glad that the hotel was only a few minutes away from the mall. This is the only hotel we will stay when visiting Great Falls! August 29, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Front Desk Staff We stayed in several Holiday Inn & Holiday Inn Express in the past couple weeks, unfortunately the customer service specifically from the front desk staff at this location was bellow standard. The first agent I dealt with was incessantly chewing gum and rushed us through check in when we had questions about the property and where to eat were referred to the computer kiosk. When we still had questions we went back and dealt with the other agent who didn't look up from the computer and handed us a brochure that still didn't address our questions. Had to log on line from our room and get our own answers. Was also disappointed with the condition of the pool area, kids enjoyed the pool and slide but the surrounding were un kept with soiled towels and garbage surrounding the pool deck. Our bedroom was the one bright spot with a clean comfortable room for the evening. August 20, 2014
