Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, Tired Hotel As per the title, the staff here were excellent... the property, not so much... this place has seen better days. I have no complaints about the cleanliness but the facilities were dated and tired. The room internet was virtually unusable... I'd say this property is due for some major renovations... Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel, older on the inside The hotel itself, and the lobby, is beautiful, but the inside rooms were a little old. That's ok, but the A/C unit was obviously old as well, and did not allow for maximum A/C for more than a few minutes at a time. During a heat wave this was unacceptable. Otherwise decent hotel. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Hotel Ever We stayed at multiple IHG properties this week, from Mt. Rushmore, Great Falls, Helena, Tempe, and Denver. By far, this location at Great Falls was the absolute worst. If it had not arrived in the middle of the night, there's no way we could have stayed there. The room was absolutely disgusting and we slept in the bed with our clothes on and hoped for just a few hours of sleep before daylight. The bathroom, including floors, were just filthy and unsanitary. We never relaxed and would never recommmend this hotel to anyone for any reason. It needs to be complete renovated and to be honest, I should received a complete refund. I cannont believe it is still operational. Please feel free to contact me for more details...it's just too much to list in this review. August 21, 2015
