Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by decor' This hotel although clean with a friendly staff needs an update. Everything just looked tired and worn. The lobby looks old, the carpeting needs to be replaced. The elevators weren't running smoothly and they were shabby looking. The room itself was spacious and the bed quite comfortable, however, it looked well used and worn. October 9, 2015

The hotel is good value, well managed and the staff are attentive to any concerns or issues. This past trip I visited the hotel with my elderly parents and management made every effort to assist them with their needs. Highly recommend this property September 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice people Overall my stay at the Holiday Inn Great Falls was good. The people, including the restaurant staff and maid services, were incredibly nice. The only issue I had with this stay was that for the amount I paid for the room, I would expect a free breakfast. I also was not overly impressed with the food, especially the dinner I had. Also, the restaurant was FREEZING and the gal kept apologizing because they have no control over the AC. Other than this, the stairwell that goes outside of the building, was filthy and smelly. So there were no stairs inside of the motel and so you had to use the elevator, which shook and rumbled as it went up and down. September 28, 2015
