Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room - Not so for Bed The lobby, hallway and room all were very clean and fresh smelling. The staff was friendly, yet professional. The dinner in the restaurant was better than many hotel restaurants. Limited menu, but satisfactory. Very reasonable prices. The internet connectivity in the room was far better than most. Had difficulty with the TV remote and/or the set-top box for the satellite service. Perhaps operator error or technical issue. The front desk did send someone up promptly to assist us. Now for the only negatives - the pillows were FAR TOO SOFT. Essentially worthless. We normally travel with our own pillows, but didn't this time. Bad decision. The bed was too soft for our liking. On top of all this, our college football team lost. Not a good night. :-( November 20, 2014
