Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Why is it always the shower? I can never understand how a shower with no pressure can still overtake the draining capacity in a hotel. Calling this shower drain a "drain" is basically an outright lie.. It's an open stopper, that does the same as a closed stopper.. So you can take a shower and give your feet a bath, all at the same time. This means your feet never get rinsed off unless you wait 15 minutes for the tub to drain and rinse them again.. I guess I shouldn't complain about the dribble shower head. Had it operated correctly, the tub would have overflowed within a minute of operation. Luckily, the dribble was only marginally faster than the "drain".. Other than that, it's a nice hotel.. February 10, 2014

I landed at the airport, and when I called the hotel to have the shuttle pick me up, Freda, the front desk clerk, was incompetent. She acted like she was being inconvenienced when I asked to be picked up. She said, "Well, I'll have to find the shuttle guy and see where he's at." Uh, okay. I really don't care how you make it happen, Freda. I asked how long she thought it would be since I had no clue how far the hotel was from the airport and she said, "I don't know. It depends what the shuttle guy is doing." Um, okay. So I stood outside in the cold weather wondering what the shuttle guy was doing and how long it would take for him to get there. I called Freda back 8 minutes later and asked if she had any updates on how long it would take the shuttle to pick me up. She said "hold on" in a commanding tone, put me on hold for 2 minutes, and then said the shuttle should be there in 5 minutes. She was just rude and has no clue what it's like to stand in the cold waiting for a shuttle. The shuttle driver, Derrick, was nice. January 24, 2014
