The staff was extremely nice and courteous. The lounge area was very inviting and clean. The location of the hotel was great! We could walk to a strip mall and restaurants without having to use our vehicle. May 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Roomy, comfortable, quiet Overall, enjoyed the stay. There was plenty of space in the room and extra seating, large choice of tv channels, comfortable bed, and quiet. On arrival, the carpet had a very, very slight damp feel to it, but not enough to complain or request another room. May 5, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unable to check in early without charge. Ashley at front desk was not willing to allow earlier check in even though hotel was no where near capacity. Later in the evening attempted to let our 9 yo visit the pool. There were over 40 people in the pool and hot tub area. The place was a wreck. The majority of the people were changing in the lobby and then leaving through the rear of the hotel, clearly not paid guest of the hotel. The pool area is not restricted by guest key and anyone can enter from the parking area. The lobby was completely wet where all of these people were using the restrooms. I was a paid guest and rewards member and was not allowed to check in early after dropping my daughter off at Univ of Houston, however , over 40 non guest were allowed to make use of hotel amenities without being questioned.
