Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved Spotlights for Reading in Bed It was what I expected from a Holiday Inn. I really liked the small spotlight LED reading lights over the bed. I like to read at night before going to sleep and have found some hotel rooms lacking in proper lighting. I was very pleased with these spotlights! July 23, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Growing pains This property has evidently changed ownership. Policies have changed to eliminate one of my main reasons for having stayed at this property yearly for about 10 years. Guest rooms and lobby have been refurbed and physically the property is very attractive, and rooms are comfortable. Staff is friendly and tries to be very helpful but staff coordination needs work, as I reported, and the remodel left some problems, which I also reported. July 21, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by VERY UNCOMFORTABLE And not only will i not stay here again,but i will not recomend this to people i know,,,noise,odor,,,people working very late at night in ejoining rooms,and early the next morning,,,running loud noise vacum cleaner,late at night,,people running up and down hall...made all my complaints at night ,and again the next morning,the just gave me a STAIR look in the face,,,,,wife and i were there for eye surg,early the next morning,,,we/she got very little UNCOMFORTABLE sleep A/C very noise and would not control its temp,,,and NO iwill not stay here again nor will i rec.to my friends,,,it took longer to check inn,,she could not find room ..even with my pre.regersitartion ,,,,yep still upset July 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good overall Experience As I arrive in a complicated date, the treatment I recieve was very good. Everyone was very nice to me and didn't hesitate to help me with anything I requested. The only things I experienced that didn't make a good impression in me was that the bathroom light, the one that lights the mirror, didn't turned of. There was this switch behind the left wall of this area that didn't seem to have a purpose. Maybe was that light switch but it didn't do anything. Also the air conditioner didn't turned off. I tried to turn it off from the wall controler and didn't get any results. The wall controller appeared to be off but the deviced kept blowing air. Everything else was pretty nice, clean, organized and I do would return to this hotel also because of the accesibility to the NRG stadium July 5, 2015
