During a 3 week stay i was rotated through 3 rooms. All 3 were not completely cleaned, 2 were downright filthy and 2 smelled horribly. Carpet was supposedly shampooed, never noticed a difference in odor or cleanliness. Food had increased in price for breakfast buffet dramatically and quality was sub par but dinners and appetizers were just down right bad.

Very nice Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly, the restaurant had great food, and the pool was amazing.

Pamela the front desk receptionist was warm and welcoming and friendly. We stayed one night after a flight from London and one night before. We were welcomed back with a bag of goodies. The rooms are acceptable and beds are comfy. Our room was extremely dark due to a huge tree outside the window, and smelled damp and musty. Basic facilities in the room, no fridge and ice machine was missing from vending area.
The restaurant adjacent is called Good Eats, the food and service was excellent. Breakfast was included, and a chef was present to make fresh omelettes etc. We also had drinks at the bar and dinner during both stays.
There is a shuttle to airport and Mall.
Good value for an Airport Hotel.

I had to make last minute reservations for a business trip. Staff is accommodating, food was a great value and of good quality and being able to park here while out of town an exceptional value.

As posted previously, I found the hotel a poor value due to a lot of deferred maintenance. The staff was great. I liked that fact that the housekeeping staff made it a point to greet the guests.
