Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Houston Holiday Inn This is the 2nd stay here in 4 years for a training class I need to take every 2 years. The staff are very friendly and the food at the restaurant is very good. The breakfast is either menu or buffet style and either is very good as well. The training classrooms are very comfortable and the beverages provided during the class are good. The proximity to the airport makes it very convenient for your arrival and departure with a van service to and from the airport. June 21, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay in airport hotel We had been travelling for over 20 hours when we checked in here. This is a common factor in booking airport hotels, where stays are often a single night. There was a lack of any customer service, courtesy phones, or airport employees at the Intercontinental Airport, and, with my cell phone not working, contact with the hotel for the shuttle was problematic. Check-in was smooth, and the staff on front desk were friendly and efficient. This was the theme with every member of staff at this hotel, - restaurant, housekeeping, drivers.A warm and professional manner was in evidence throughout, obviously a well-motivated group of people. The fabric of the hotel was a little tired in places, but people are more important than bricks and mortar, and I recommend this hotel. June 12, 2016
