Nice facility, but the real star is the staff - from front desk to housekeeping to event coordination, the staff was friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic. Gift shop was a pleasant surprise.

We travel a lot and we were very impressed at how nice everyone was. Late on a Saturday night when they had 1 huge wedding and 2 proms sometimes hotel staff gets a little worn out. At 1 in the morning the staff was still nice and very helpful. We will stay again!

I stayed in room just outside of the conference/meeting room( capacity 300?) and was woke up a little before 6am to the hosts of the confernce talking outside my room. 20 minutes later it was the hotel staff and clanging dishes from breakfast that woke me up. So much for trying to sleep until 7am!
Also advertised HD TV channels were not working as they should be.
I am sure that it would have been an average stay had it not been for the conference room just outside my door.

I stayed in your hotel on April 12 2013. My future daughter in law and I drove all night so we could deliver a bull to Broken Bow, but first we had a meeting to attend in Kearney. we arrived around 11:30 am at the hotel tired and early for check in. The staff at the desk checked to see if our room was ready and then left us check in due to it being ready for us, now they did not have to do this ,but it was very appreciated, on our part. we were able to clean up and crash for a few hours before the meeting. the room was spacious and very comfortable and the main thing for me was it was on the ground floor because as tired as we were, I don't think we would have made it to another floor.
since we had drove all night we needed to get water to our animal and the staff told us were to find a hydrate for water and told us that we could park close to it, and it was not far from our room which was nice.
At the meeting we had a dinner and I checked about having my meat cooked to well done I was told that they could not do that so I told them to have the chef save an end piece for me which he did, Thank you for that. I would stay there again if I'm out that way

I stayed 3 nights at the Kearney Holiday Inn for a conference and as usual they are the best. The room was clean and comfortable. As for the conference, it was well organized and whatever was needed the were more than willing to do whatever to fulfill our needs.

The staff was very polite and the breakfast buffet, while not complimentary, was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did check on the pool briefly and there were a lot of kids enjoying themselves.
