Received an uncalled for wake up call at 3:30am - that was not pleasant. The staff apologize and said they were unsure why I received the call - still upsetting. They had trouble finding my card authorization form my company had sent in, but after lots of digging it surfaced, thank goodness. Clean facility, nice rooms. I did contact customer care and they took care of the issue. :)

This may be the worst Holiday Inn Property at which I have ever stayed.
The staff was inattentive and apathetic. The food at the restaurant was quite literally inedible. Just really awful.
The internet was poor. The Business Center was unusable.
The TV system was down (which they said was a city-wide problem).
I have contacted my Company and directed them to remove this place from our approved list.
I assume with the Military Base there, the need is so great that hotels don't have to be all that good. Boy, this one was awful!!!!!

Everything was great. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone planniong on viviting the Killeen/ Ft Hood area.

I was transferred to this hotel from another IHG property that was sold out. I gave up a smoking room at the other hotel, and was offered a room here. The check in was very fast, and the service in the restaurant was very good.

The rooms are always clean and the service from the front staff are one of a kind .

Hotel located close to many eateries, very convenient during our stay during Thanksgiving while visiting my son stationed at Ft. Hood. Bed was a bit hard for my liking but I slept.

unfortunately, we did not have a TV remote in our room and like most people just wanted to relax and watch some TV before bedtime. when contacting the front desk about the problem, we were told they would see if they could find one and they would bring it to our room; however, a remote was never provided. I would have gladly gone to the front desk to get one had we been told one was available.
the room had lamps with electrical outlets in the base; however, when trying to plug in my husband's cpap machine and our telephones, we discovered that none of those outlets worked and had to find wall outlets and unplug some lamps in order to run and charge everything.
we had breakfast in the restaurant the next morning (which was not free) and although the food was fairly good, and the waitress was great, she was the only waitress working at the time with about 10-15 guests, so our service was lacking.
I have never had an experience like this at any other Holiday Inn affiliate and was quite disappointed.
I was paying for two rooms since we were traveling with relatives.
