There are plenty of similarly priced hotels very close to this one and would likely choose a different one in the future. November 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I wanted to take the pillows home with me. This property is possibly the nicest Holiday Inn anywhere. I don't know when this hotel was updated, but it still looks pretty new. Sure, the public areas are important, and a spacious room is a plus, BUT the beds are key! I loved the beds! Now, this is equally important--PILLOWS! I don't remember which (firm of soft) I used, but I loved these pillows. The last hotel I used had STYLISH pillows, but felt like I was sleeping with a bag of Sakrete under my head. The rooms are, or gave the appearance of, being spacious. The desk/chair were fine, with enough outlets for all of my chargers. Even the lounge chair was pretty comfy. A refrigerator and microwave are provided. The restaurant, which I visited only visited once, for breakfast, was okay. The buffet was pretty much the same as the free breakfast included at other hotels, but here you pay $10 or so, for real plates and silverware. Kudos to the staff here, since they had no warning of a swarm of demanding and rude people showing up 20 minutes before opening. The bar was okay, however, don't call your bar a SPORTS bar if you plan to close while a World Series game is still in progress. Twice, at 10pm, we were forced to go back to our rooms to finish watching the games, and for Game 5, we were allowed to finish our drinks and finish watching the game, though no more drinks were sold after 10pm. The bar staff was efficient enough, but had no explanation for several empty bottles of the two most popular scotches on the market. These should have been replaced the next day! If hanging out by the pool is your thing, this is a really nice place to be--an outdoor pool, with cocktail tables and cabanas! Yes, cabanas at a Holiday Inn! In short, a nice lobby, a good restaurant and a fun bar are fine, but decent rooms with exceptionally comfy beds make an extended stay much more tolerable. This Holiday Inn scores big, particularly on the last count. November 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service, feeling the years. Very comfortable room. The convenience outlets on the lamps did not work so we had to hunt for the ones on the wall. Restaurant charged hotel prices, but the food was okay. Staff was awesome. October 29, 2014
