Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great hotel, front desk lacking Just a stopping point on my vacation, only in hotel for maybe 8 hrs total, very clean, very nice place. Front desk seemed annoyed that my reservation didn't come across as reward night, had to change. Next morning, I greeted the front desk with no response. Where's the southern hospitality? Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The front desk staff makes this place! The desk staff here is among the best I have had in some time. They were friendly and genuine in their attentiveness. It almost reminded me of a Crown Plaza. Aside from them the hotel was okay. The evening dining staff was less than stellar and even accused me of eating another persons salad...no, really, I'm serious. The rooms was comfortable and as long as you get a room in the front of the building the trains will not keep you up all night. Also, the laminate flooring was not exactly adhered to the subfloor, which reminded me of walking on plastic carpet runners like at Grandmas house. All in all though, if you are stuck between Atlanta and Florida this is not a terribly bad place to land for the night......just one night thought to be safe, lol March 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service / Rooms not ready at check-in On my wedding day went to check-in at 4:40pm, which check-in is 4pm. I was told that neither one of my suites would be ready for 45 minutes to 1 hour because they had not been clean. I explained to the clerk that I have a make-up appt. for my weeding at 5pm and my wedding starts at 6pm and she could not do anything. When I finally got to one of the suites at 5:30pm there were no sheets on the bed and no towels in the bathroom and when I went to the front desk and told them, they all looked at me like I was crazy and said that the maid was gone home for today. I could go on and on but it just upsets me more and more. Just stay away from this non-functioning facility and go else where for your accommodations. March 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk eating - not professional Don't care to,post At checking, there was an employee (not front desk) standing behind the front desk employee eating. I had to wait for a few minutes because of other guest checking in. The whole time he stood there eating. He never spoke and it just seemed unprofessional. The next morning was a problem. No hot water. I took a cold shower. I advised my wife to wait 30 minutes hoping the water would warm up - still cold. Of course I wasn't very happy heading to checkout. Then as I approached the front desk I noticed the front desk attendant eating - again not professional. I told her about the cold water and she basically said yea we have too many people here, March 10, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Hotel Desk Staff Not good value for your money. The front desk clerk did not acknowledge my Gold status. Room reserved was for a standard room, but was given an accessible room. The lounge closed 15 minutes early and would not wait on me once I check-in after a long 4 hour drive. The room was double the cost of Candlewood Suites next door (which had no vacancy at the time) which is an IHG family hotel. The staff there are very professional and the value for the room is much better than Holiday Inn. March 9, 2015
