Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Lackluster Pros: great location, clean rooms, new/updated hotel. Cons: slow internet, ridiculously small business center (1 computer for a hotel with 5 floors?), no free breakfast and the breakfast buffet was not worth the money, staff was horrible, was not recognized as IHG rewards member, asked for 2 things during entire stay (a lamp and a fax machine) never got the lamp and they said they didn't have a fax. Wasn't a terrible experience but I've stayed at a ton of IHG (Im a platinum member) and I won't be going back. I would rather stay a bit further out and have good service because the service was awful. February 4, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable Stay The Ambiance and facility were state of the art. The rooms were fair in that I have seen better at other facilities. I love the concept that they have a security feature where the room key is used to get onto the elevator. The ONLY issue I have is that my tub drained slow and held water. Now the cook in the restaurant was the BOMB. He cooked the best Southern Grits that I have EVER ate. An older Caucasian male with a sweet disposition and charming personality. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff - Extreme temperature problems The staff was quite friendly and apologetic. Apologetic because the lobby and hallways (on all floors) was essentially unheated. Macon experienced uncharacteristically cold weather the weekend we stayed there. The hotel heating system, such as it was, could not keep up. All staff members in the lobby area were wearing heavy coats. The pool and exercise room were unusable because of the cold. While walking in the hallways, I could see my breath. In our rooms, the temperature moderated somewhat, but maximum heat still made the room uncomfortably cold. On the basis of this stay, I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. January 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Service This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Macon. The staff are great and the rooms are nice and comfortable. I am an early riser and coffee drinker. This morning my coffee pot was not working.... I called the desk and had a new one in less than 15 minutes. I also love the breakfast here. The food is excellent and gives my day a good start!
