Prices were High for the quality of food for dinner
Service was very questionable,only 1 other table with 2 people
20 minutes to get our drink order, 5 of us and simple drinks
Food service was very slow
Steak was not tender.
Waiters no where in sight when you needed a water refill or order addition food and not polite.
We tip for service and it was very little

The rooms here are clean and comfortable and larger than originally expected.
They do not have vending machines with drinks on property for guests to use. Attempted to ask the front desk for a drink and was told that the vending machine is only for staff. Ended up having to go to the restaurant for a can of coke and spent 4 times more than the vending machine we had in our office. With the pricing being well above average for food and drinks I opted for going outside of the hotel for edibles.
For safety, they had the door that gave access to the rooms locked at all time and required a key to get through. Very happy for the extra security that the hotel provide.
Depending on where you're room is assigned will depend on the quality and speed of the wifi.

A la llegada al Hotel no habia personal que ayudara con las maletas, para llevarlas a la habitación, así como el estacionamiento de los vehiculos. Por lo demas como siempre, una atención excelente y una estadia muy placentera como en todos los hoteles de la cadena.
Tampoco se me tomo en cuenta por ser miembro de IHG ni se me saludo por mi nombre.
