The first time I stayed at this hotel I chose it because of it's location. I now stay regularly at this location because of the superior customer service. The accommodations are nice, but what makes this hotel my first choice are the staff. Each time I arrive they remember me and make me feel like a valued customer. I have every confidence that they extend that welcome to each customer.
Cheers to the staff for the superior service that they provide!!

When I walked in, the man at the desk was more than helpful, and check in was easy. The room was nice and had a microwave and refrigerator which I didn't expect for the price. The TV was easy to use, and room temperature was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. Ordering a wake up call and shuttle was simpler than I imagined, and the shuttle was there for me at 5:15 a.m. to catch an early flight at the airport. Wonderful all around.

Great value. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good could have had a feew more choices.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn RDU because it looked convenient to the airport. It was really only 5 minutes away which was great for the meetings we had that week.
Room was clean, comfortable and the restaurant was good.

I had a 11:40 PM flight arrival, so I called earlier in evening to confirm shuttle was still available. I was told yes and simply call when I arrived. Upon arrival at 11:40, I called and was told shuttle just left curb but would come back to get me upon drop off at hotel. I waited until 12:12 AM and shuttle did not arrive. Called hotel and was advised there was a shift change and they didn't realize I was waiting. Got picked-up at 12:23 and to hotel at 12:30 am. 40 minutes late at midnight made for an extra long day. Although I did not make a big deal about it, Staff at desk didn't really apologize.
This was my 3rd stay over the past 5 months.
