Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Very Good Location
The location is prime, jut 5 mins drive from RDU airport and close to Cisco and Perimeter Park. There are several restaurants around the hotel.
Breakfast was good but I would request to include some more choice like Pan cake, waffers etc. I was little bored with the same choice of breakfast everyday. I stayed in the hotel for almost 1 month in Nov 2015.
I would recommend this hotel to others specifically to all Indians coming for business trip, there are several Indian restaurants close-by i.e. Dawat, Paradise, Delhi Darbar, Bawarchi etc.
Also Hindu temple, Venkateswar temple are very near to this hotel.

I would have been more comfortable with another chair in the room to sit on and relax while watching TV.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by KCnoBand Average At Best
I called ahead prior to arriving to ask about an early check-in and was told it would be no problem. Upon arrival I was told there are no rooms available and must have called the wrong place. Nice response!
Pillows were awful.
Room was average.
Thermostat didn't work.
For what I got it was greatly overpriced.
