Before staying in this property, I felt something different as it is announced to be located in a Business Disctrict (called "Centro Direzionale"), which sounded strange for an Italian city.... and indeed the Centro Direzionale is atypical for the average Italian city as I believe is the only one of its type in Italy. The fact of the Holiday Inn Napoli being immersed in such a particular business area makes it unique. And beyond: it is the only hotel in that business complex. That constitutes a strong advantage for those ones travelling for business as I have seen many guests who stay for working in the Centro Direzionale. At the same time, it is a recomendable property for those visiting Napoli for leisure. Being in a short walking distance to the Napoli Centrale station, it is located strategically although not in downtown. But the courtesy shuttle makes the distance to city center to be short... it is confortable to have a shuttle that goes to the city center (Piazza dell Municipio) as well as to the aiport and to the train station.
The business center in Hinaples is very good as there are 2 Internet points equiped with Windows 8.1 and also by the bar and a meeting area. In the same floor it is posible to go outside directly to the Centro Direzionale.
Breakfast is very good but perhaps should be more Italian.
As an Ambassador member I was recognized and Luca showed to be a great manager.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Telnar very responsive staff
In addition to their excellent elite member recognition, I found the front desk staff friendly and highly responsive to a number of small requests. I highly recommend the property.

Hotel was booked at short notice for a one night stop over business trip.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and not too far from the airport nor the point of business.
Hotel staff were very frendly and helpfull, booking taxi's and recommending a great place for Pizza ( Pizzaria Pellone Via Nazionale, 93).
Would stay again but coordinate my timing with the free hotel schutle to the airport and down to the sea front.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jacques45F A good place to be in Naples
We had a very positive recollection of this hotel where we had stayed about 15 years ago.
Of particular importance to us is the free transfer from and to the airport (15 mn), the free transfer to downtown Naples several times per day, the nice welcome and the courtesy of the personnel.
After 15 years, the hotel has aged quite a bit, in particular the bathroom, however eventually we have been upgraded to a suite which we have enjoyed enormously.
Unfortunately, the breakfast is no longer high class (a chef was cooking the eggs to our choice and prosecco was served, this is no longer the case today) and the dinner was disappointing.
Also, we regret the absence of the wonderful concierge who had been helping us extremely well in the past, however the people in charge at the desk and particularly the driver of the courtesy shuttle did a good job

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HiramS Best on our Tour!!
Overall, the Holiday Inn in Naples is like a home away from home. We had a wonderful experience. Angelo and Eleonora, who worked the reception desk are to be commended! Whoever hired these young folks did a fine job. Rooms were excellent. Dining experience was superb. Housekeeping was sharp. Cannot say anything negative about this hotel. If you tour Naples, this is a super nice place to stay.!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Fugas visita a napoles
