We came for a girls weekend and had a great experience. When we first arrived it was earlier than check in time but we were told they could hold our luggage and deliver them after we checked in. They told us we were welcome to check out the restaurant. We came back right at 3pm and were quickly checked in and on our way to the room. The rooms are alittle smaller than other Holiday Inn but very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are a good size and again very clean. I wasn't bothered but any noise from the neighbors. The channel options on the TV was great, not your basic hotel channels.
The staff members were all nice and very helpful. I ordered room service for breakfast and the server called back to ensure that they had the correct order since the phone was very low. I appreciated that instead of guessing they wanted to ensure they had the right order. The housekeeper was available when we needed extra towels and washcloths and made sure the room was clean.
All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here on my next trip to NY. It was close to everything. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go.

A very nice hotel for New York City and an excelllent property in and around the heart of Manhattan and close to everything in Manhattan, in all directions. acrtually this property is the center of Manhattan. it is new and clean and beuatiful and the staff is so nice, helpful, and friendly.

Hotel staff were not experienced at all. First of all, the person at front desk did to inform customers how to get the parking price at hotel rate. The parking garage hotel collaborate with refused to reimburse the outrageous parking fee. We called hotel front desk, they did send someone to the parking garage try to sort out the problem. However, there were no follow ups afterward, we had to decline the fee through our credit card company instead.
Second of all, they accidentally charged Pet fee twice for one stay, I had to call credit card company to deny the extra claim.
Third of all, We tried to call for room service at decent hours, however, no one picked up phone calls from kitchen. We had to go down to kitchen to remind them we tried to call.
In summary, as a Platinum member, I am extremely disappointment by my experience at this particular hotel.
