Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and comfortable room Pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff was very attentive. They helped with future reservations and delivered a fridge to the room. I had some problems with internet, but it was solved by an IT person. Staff greeted me by name and always were very pleasant. January 18, 2015

This hotel was in a great location, the price was one of the most reasonable I found in my search of the whole city, it was close to the subway and a gazillion bars and restaurants. Very fun neighborhood to walk around in. The hotel front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, as were all other support staff! The rooms were extremely clean. During my stay, the hair dryer broke, but was replaced quickly! I would most definitely stay here again!!!!!! January 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our favorite hotel in NY, three times in a row We´ve stayed at HI LES for the third time in 18 months. And I have no doubt: this hotel is our home in the big apple. Located on the trendy LES with a subway entrance just a block away, what we love more about the hotel is the friendliest staff on earth. Starting from Diana a manager which is always working to have the guests enjoying their time at NY. Eduardo, Maria, Catherine and everybody calling us by our names, being ultra friendly with our daughter. Being spanish spoken having a 100% bilingual staff is something we enjoy very much. Two iMacs, free WiFi, a food market with reasonable prices 24/7. We love this hotel, and will return every time we can. (if on the future you make the rooms a little more spacious it will not hurt) January 8, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome stay. This was my first time in New York and I didn't really have too much of an idea of where the hotel was in relation to the tourist attractions. But it was excellent, a short and inexpensive cab drive got us to the tourist locations and time square quickly and was very reasonably priced. The staff were excellent, we didn't eat too often at the hotel as we headed up to Time Square, but the restaurant was excellent when we did use it. January 6, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok room, comfortable bed We decided to visit NYC after Christmas for a few days - not including New Year eve. Found most hotels to be above our budget. Decided on the Holiday Inn due to previous experiences with them in other locations. Requested two prefer connecting room - one from us and one with two double beds for our children. When we checked in - they did not honor our request and we had to purchase another room, this raised their cost up to beyond our budget. If this fact had been known, we would have chosen a different hotel chain. Neighborhood was not to the level we were used too. Previous visits to NYC - stayed within a short distance of Time Square.
